The following day, it was time for Davie and her friends to go back to Hogwarts. Back in the Leaky Cauldron, Davie already packed all of her stuff and she was now standing on platform 9 3/4 to say goodbye to Molly and Arthur, who went with the kids to drop them off at the Hogwarts express.

Davie watched as Molly and Arthur both hugged Ron, Ginny, Fred and George. The boys seemed as if they couldn't wait to get out of the tight grip of their parents, while Ginny seemed to find comfort in her mother's hug.

Even though Davie was used to the fact she didn't have parents, or well, real parents, she still wished things could've been different at times like these. Every kid on the platform was being dropped of by their parents, after which they received many hugs and promises to write during the year were made.

Davie never had that. She never had a mother who would tightly hug her or a father who would send her fun letters during the school year. Of course Molly and Arthur provided her of some love, but it still didn't feel real to Davie.

"Are you ok, after yesterday?" Harry asked from besides her, he hinted at what Arthur told them yesterday about Sirius coming after them.

She looked at him and nodded, while reaching up to pluck a little white fluff out of his messy hair. "Yeah, I'm fine. I think it's you we should be worried about."

Harry frowned. "Why me?"

"Because," Davie sighed, "no, never mind. I just think you are in more danger, I don't know, it's just a feeling."

What Davie actually wanted to say was that she didn't really believe Sirius would kill his own daughter, even though he really was merciless but of course she didn't want anyone to know her true identity.

"Let's just look out for each other, ok?" Harry asked, more as a command than as a real question he wanted an answer on.

Davie rolled her eyes. "Oh please, I always look out for you. Who was the person who saved you from those Mandrakes last year?"

"I think having a murderer after us is a bit more serious than some Mandrakes." Harry said as he towered over Davie and looked her in the eye in a way of saying, 'no time for jokes in this topic'.

Davie, however, didn't listen and sarcastically smiled up at him. "You're right, I think the murderer is indeed a little more Sirius."

With that, she walked away to hug Molly goodbye, leaving a boy watching her with heart-eyes  behind.
