Aurora's POV

*March 15th, 1997*

"Aurora, holy shit, are you okay?" Vivian runs up to me grabbing my face moving it around.

I grab her wrists holding them away from my face, "Viv, I'm fine."

"No you aren't, you tried to commit suicide with a poisoned blade." Her face softens as she looks at me.

"Viv, I did not try to commit. I was stabbed by my psychotic mother." I look her dead in the eye waiting for a reaction.

She breaks out into a smile and starts laughing.

"Ha-ha very funny Rora, your mom is so nice. She'd never."

I let go of her wrists allowing them to snap down at her sides.

"Did she obliviate you too? All of the horrible things she's done that I've told you suddenly gone from your memory?"

"Aurora, I don't know what you're talking about. Your mom is the nicest person. She said you'd be a bit delirious."

"I'm not being delirious. She stabbed me."

"Aurora," She takes a gentle step towards me, "You've been depressed lately, you got tired of it, you laced a dagger with poison and tried to kill yourself." She sounds like an animatronic. Her words delicate yet vindictive as if she's tempting to convince of what happened. As if her words are the truth.

I take a step back as she keeps coming closer. Her arms held out in front of her, reaching for me.

"Viv, stay back."

She tilts her head to the side like a puppy being told no.

"Why?" She keeps getting closer. Her voice becoming more malicious.

Her form begins to dissolve. Her figure sprouts up. Her blonde hair becoming darker, facial structures thinning.

"Mom." I say just above a whisper. My face stricken with fear seeing the woman standing before me.

"Hello sweetheart." She smirks, "Death not good enough for you? You were supposed to stay dead." She growls, drawing her wand at me. "This time I'll really kill you."

I start running backwards, carefully not to turn my back to her. I feel my pockets for my wand only to not have it on me.

"Looking for this?" She holds a second wand in her hand. "Took it off you the first time I tried to kill you. You have no idea how many times I've re-done this moment. All your friends saving you at least once."

"What did you do?"

"Petrified and obliviated them all. That way none of them get in my way." She holds her wand straight to my chest. "Avada Kedev-"

"Stupefy!"

Her wand goes flying across the room out her reach. I turn my head to see Draco holding his wand to my mother.

"You blasted boy, wait until I tell your father about the inferior son he raised." She spits. "Accio wand." She holds both her hands out, Draco's wand falling from his hand and her flying back to her.

"Accio Aurora's wand." I hold my hand out waiting for the wand to come from her robe pocket.

A silver handle flies towards me.

"Expelliarmus!" I shout knocking Draco's wand from her hand.

He runs grabbing it from the floor.
