Ch.39- Warmth and Coolness Indicate How Close Soulmates Are To One Another

After they had left... things went by faster than the three hero dreaming boys could really recount accurately. The pros came in, took care of the criminals, and took notes from the almost kidnapped victims.

Of course... Endeavour wasn't happy that the three he had assumed were off duty... were on duty. But after a tale, he probably didn't believe all the way, including the mentions of following the vigilantes here after having caught sight of them randomly. Then trying to take them down only to get fixed up in this.

So while the vigilantes were still at large... this major criminal organization no longer was. So... their punishment wasn't as harsh as the three had expected it to be. Rather, Endeavour dismissed them, warning them to actually take a week off now... or face worse consequences.

It sounded better than anything to the three boys. Each of them only wanted to make sure their partners without licenses were okay and then get into bed for a long time. Thus, they found their way to the bakery and lightly knocked on the backdoor.

It opened up right away, a tiny blushing Sasaki Reiki nodded at them and allowed the three to step in. Once inside, the boys could see some medical treatment had been done. Sky was trying to treat Luca but must have gotten frustrated with him, as his mouth was bandaged tightly.

Chiyo was properly treating Amelia. The red-haired girl holding Tsukki's hand tightly as Chiyo forcefully popped her shoulder back into place. After it was done, her arm was wrapped once more and she was resting.

Everyone else was taken care of or helping those who needed it more. Along with lots of delicious leftovers from the cafe that was on the house for anyone who needed more energy. It looked like an after-party for a cast of a play rather than a group of wanted vigilantes. But by now... the three hero students knew this group was out of the norm of well... everything.

"Oh!" Tsukki clapped her hands, coming over and ushering the boys in. "Good job out there... come in and eat and rest! Please!"

It seemed her spirits were once more back to normal. Even Ash and Chiyo nodded in a peaceful manner to them. Sai passed out food, before trying to hoard the rest for herself. Naivis hummed, softly offering hot drinks, making them as he was told what everyone wanted.

Things were calm and everyone just talked as friends to one another. No mentions of before, or what to come now... just... enjoying the aftermath without discussing the climax. The three boys settled in, feeling like they fit into the puzzle here. And slowly, they felt themselves decompressing from... everything.

But, as nights go, the fun ended sooner than anyone wanted. Tsukki knew she should go to bed, having to get up early to help her sisters get ready for school. And thus, she bid everyone a good night and shuffled off to the home attached to the bakery.

"We're going back to UA." Chiyo motioned to herself and Sasaki. "You three coming?"

"I'm not trying to sneak back in and get caught..." Todoroki sighed.

Midoriya and Bakugou shivered, knowing exactly who Todoroki was talking about. The last time the pair of them had snuck off cast curfew to have their fight... Aizawa was not happy. So, neither had a death wish tonight.

"I'll say we stayed the night at father's agency," Todoroki spoke. "There are so many rooms and people, it'll work."

"...So... where are you staying tonight?" Ash huffed, already irritated at what the answer might be."

"That place you're staying has extra rooms, correct?" Todoroki asked Sky and Luca. "Do you have enough space for three more?"

Luca nodded. "Sure thing! Two of you have got to double up though!"
