"Can I please get everyone's attention?" Yui Michimiya, called out to her fellow volleyball club members, showing authority from her voice and making everyone give their attention up front
The girls were of course gloomy and all of that. They looked like they had no hope left and this meeting was to assign their new team captain. However, seeing their captain with a big smile on her face turned their attitudes a little better as the shines in their eyes vaguely come back
"This is L/N-kun from Class 5 and she's here to help us" She nervously said, glancing at you as your cue to start talking
"O-oh! Uh, Hello?" The faces of the others in the room dropped in confusion and disappointment, probably because of your poor introduction
There are currently seven members in the girls team, eight if you counted yourself. You just wished that no one would quit after the bad first impression from you. You were sighing to yourself in disgrace before someone spoke up
"Captain, how can she help us? And what about the third years?" A senpai of yours with olive-ish brown hair was the one that spoke up.

You gave a look of confusion to Yui as she answered with her name and information which was;
"Aoki Manami, she's our setter and is also a second year here" She softly smiled. After you nod your head in understanding, she answered Aoki properly before turning to you to make another introduction, and a proper one at that
"I'm L/N Y/N, Year 1 Class 5. We can label me as an all around player for now.." You turned serious all of the sudden making everyone shocked at your mood swing.
"Captain?" She turned to Yui to give her a reassurance.
"She's the rumoured Queen from Kettei Mirai...she offered help and I want us to continue" Your senpai started to lower her head and your eyes opened wide. She can't be begging for this when you were the one who is going to start it
"Please!" She yelled in desperation which you can only admire. You walked up to her slowly and did the same thing; bowing your head and asking for help
The girls were a bond and breaking it would be bad. After much talking the vice captain, Mao Aihara, claimed to want to see your skills in action in which you gladly accepted.
