Chapter 25: Where it Crumbles For Good...

This takes place just before Infinity War!

"Hey, Nat? Peter?" Tony asked. "Is it just me, or do you feel-"

"No, I don't feel," Natasha interrupted.

"I feel that Nat needs therapy," Peter added.

"I feel that you need to shut up," Natasha teased.

"Hey, I feel that-" Peter began.

"I regret ever letting you two meet," Tony rubbed his forehead in frustration.

"No, you don't," Nat smirked.

"OKAY!" Tony clapped his hands so that no one would cut in. "Do either of you feel, what's the word, funny?"

"You're going to have to elaborate," Natasha deadpanned.

"Like you're head is just messed up, you're hearing other peoples' thoughts, and-"

"That's what a caffeine addiction and locking yourself in the lab for half a day will do to you," Peter shrugged.

"You two are no help," Tony grumbled. "I'm going out to get some shawarma because I haven't had it in months, so who's coming with me?"

~Meanwhile~

"Scarjo!" Robert Downey Jr. greeted Scarlett as she walked on set for the film: Avengers: Infinity War. They were filming in New York for the time being and both stars had just gotten out of their cars at the designated location just a few blocks away from set.

"Don't call me that," Scarlett Johansson muttered as she walked up to join him.

"Aw, come on, you know that you love it," Downey continued.

"No, I really don't," Scarlett shook her head as she and Robert made their way toward the set. "Why is the set completely empty?"

"That's odd," RDJ frowned and scanned the completely normally functioning New York street. It was supposed to be blocked off for civilians for the day so that they could film the scenes they needed.

"Hey, guys?" Tom Holland joined them a few seconds later. "What's going on?"

"We aren't sure," Scarlett whipped out her phone and tried to find an explanation. "I haven't gotten anything from Joe or Anthony about rescheduling."

"Me either," Downey added. "I'm hardly even getting a signal, to be honest."

"Does that mean we have the day off?" Tom asked, hopeful. "Because I'm gonna be honest, that works for me."

"Y'know, he's gotta point," Robert turned to Scarlett.

"Rose is with a nanny all day, so I'm free," Scarlett shrugged. "What are we doing then?"

"I'm starving," Tom not so subtly suggested getting food.

"Oh, hey, there's that shawarma restaurant," Downey pointed, Scarlett and Tom's eyes following. "Where we filmed that one scene in Avengers."

"Wait, oh my gosh, I've been wanting to try it since that movie came out!" Tom exclaimed.

"Let's go then," Scarlett laughed.

~A Few Moments Later~

Peter, Natasha and Tony pulled up to the shawarma restaurant about 25 minutes after they left the Compound and ordered their usual just before finding a small booth to sit in. However, just after they finished ordering and found a table to sit down at, Tom, Scarlett, and Robert got in line and ordered.
