The next morning, we were on our way back to the city. Stephano had to meet with someone before noon, he seemed to be quite in a hurry. We drove in the usual silence, I would take my eyes off the road ever so often to stare at the side of his face. His face was stoic, his perfectly pointed noise gave his side view a very enchanting look.
His eyes were glued to the road, I turned away from him.

"Will we still be staying with your Grandma?" I asked.

"Yeah." He replied.

"Why not let me drive you around?" I asked.

"It's not in your job description." He replied, I could see humour dancing in his eyes. He was trying to hold back a laugh.

"Says who? Bodyguards ought to drive too." I replied.

"I feel more comfortable driving myself around." He said.

"Because you wouldn't like a woman driving you around?" I asked.

"Maybe." He replied, turning to me briefly.

We continued the drive in silence. We soon came to a halt at the same warehouse where he had come to meet his father before.

"Would you like me to remain in the car?" I asked.

"Since I promised to let you do your job... Let's go." He got out the car, slamming the door shut.

I got out too. Following behind him.

He was wearing a long black coat like me, the weather was pretty much cold. It had rained the previous night, very heavily. And seemed it might rain again today.

We walked through the gates of the warehouse. It was very big. I could smell drugs. Loads of it. Someone could get high from staying here too long.

"You might wanna cover your nose Kitty." He said.

"I can handle it." I replied, a frown on my face, he had to stop calling me that.

There was a security camera by the gate. Many guards stood stoic around the warehouse. Holding guns.

I didn't think I was allowed to ask questions. Some of the guards were smoking weed, there faces dry and unamused. They were just starring at me.

I kept my step steady behind Stephano as we walked in the warehouse.

Was this a warehouse for drugs?

I knew Stollo was a very dangerous man.

"Do you keep drugs here?" I eventually asked.

"In an underground lair." He replied. "Here is one of our basic operational units."

"Don't mean to intrude but... What do you do here?" I asked.

"Monitor transactions, dealers and brothels." He replied.

As we walked in. I could see the place was very big. There was a stairs in the middle leading all the way up. Down here, there were cartons packed up. I couldn't tell what was in them.

There were some men walking around, stocking or unstocking some of the cartons.

We walked up the stairs. It amazed me what was up there. Several monitors and screens, many workers operating the systems. Nobody turned to look at us, they were all minding their business.

Stephano's phone rang. He took it out immediately.

"Yes..." He said. "How much of it? Tell him the cost and have it delivered, armed. If he tries shit... Wipe him out."
