"Hey, what'd you do that for?"

I scrunched up my nose after pausing the television. "Was a boring movie."

I turned to smile at Louis' bewildered expression before swiftly hopping off of the bed.

He sat with the remote in his hand, mouth slightly opened. "No it was not!" He argued.

I sighed before pulling my eyebrows together in confusion. "Louis, I know you're a movie geek. And trust me, I am too. But this shit from the 1960's? I want an early 2000's rom-com!"

Louis rolled his eyes. "It's from 1955, and just trust me. I think you'll like it."

He motioned for me to come sit back down on the bed. I frowned and furrowed my eyebrows, before my face melted into a smile at the look of Louis's expression.

I gave in, crawling back onto the bed and snuggling up beside him under the covers.

I got settled for a moment, moving around and trying to get comfortable. I huffed loudly and took a deep breath. Louis looked down at me knowingly.

I peered up at him, pleading eyes locked with his. Then, I walked my finger along the top of his thigh, eyes following my hand.

"Can I maybe... sit on your lap," I mumbled shyly. Louis' eyes shimmered, that excited glint I always noticed just before he would press his lips to mine.

With a casual shrug, he nodded and widened his legs for me to sit in between. I laid in the empty spot of blankets in between Louis' knees, leaning my head onto his chest heavily.

He placed his hands around my tummy, before letting out a sigh.

"This is not very comfortable," he groaned. Ignoring him, I pressed my body deeper into his warmth.

"Stop it," he smacked my arm playfully. I looked back at him, annoyed.

"Ouch," I cried before wrapping his legs around mine so that we were so perfectly intertwined, fit together like the pieces of a puzzle.

I breathed in Louis's scent while burying my face into his chest. He rolled his eyes, tightening his grasp around my tummy.

Grabbing Louis' hand, I fidgeted with his fingers as he pressed play on the unfinished movie. We had only gotten about ten minutes in.

We sat in silence while watching the movie, as I occupied myself with Louis' fingers instead of paying attention to the film.

I could feel him breathing softly above my head, which caused me to smile to myself. I bit my lip while feeling his warm breath against my curls.

I didn't quite understand what was even going on in the movie; 60's films had always been hard for me to follow. Oh right, 50's films.

I gazed blankly at the screen, only trying desperately to pick up on a story line for Louis' sake. I mean, I did always force him to watch movies that I liked.

Louis tapped on my stomach gently with his hand that had been wrapped around me.

"Hazza, see that guy?" He whispered into my ear and a chill went up my spine.

"Yeah," I smiled. Louis buried his chin into my neck.

"That's James Dean. Best actor of all time," he said. I turned my head up and fixated my eyes on his.
