" How many years ago was it? I do not know... But I intend to find out. When I woke I was all alone, till I met you two months ago," Aether said as he looked up from his sand drawing.
"Yeah, Paimon really owes you on, so Paimon promises to be a great guide," Paimon smiled confidently.
Aether and Paimon slowly made their way inland as Paimon asked more about unknown gods and how they plan to find the seven gods. Soon Paimon leads him to one of the statues of the seven. Upon placing his hand on the statue, Aether could feel the power of the wind flow through his body. Just as Paimon was about to further explain the ways of this world, a large beast flew overhead as a gust of wind blew behind it.
"Wow! What was that!? Let's follow it," Paimon said.
Aether sighed, wondering why they would follow a giant dragon, but okay. In the heart of the forest, they found the dragon, with a young-looking boy. His clothing was a frilly white top with a corset-like leather midsection, along with teal shorts with gold embroidery, a matching teal cape held together. Yet he had similar wings, horns, and tails like the dragon he was talking to.

But as the two observed the energy within Aether suddenly activated. The dragon must have sensed the energy, as it roared in shock causing the strange dragon boy to disappear. The dragon in a rage flew off to who knows where. A strange red gem was all that was left behind, it gave off so much awful energy.
"Come on let's get out of here," Paimon said nervesly.
"Wait... Do you hear that Paimon?" Aether asked.
The two listened quietly as they heard the sound of fighting not too far away. Aether and Paimon rushed over to see the situation, They gasped at the sight. A young woman with a sword trying to fight off a couple of Hilicurls.
"Paimon think she needs help!" Paimon gasped.
Aether quickly reacted and jumped into the fight. Using his newly found powers he made quick work of the demons. " Thank you kind traveler, and not sure how much longer I would have lasted," The young woman smiled as her H/c hair flowed gently in the wind.
"It's no problem, I'm just glad that I arrived when I did, I'm Aether," Aether smiled back.
"Hey umm, may ask... I can feel something off around you. Has a curse or seal been placed on you?" The women asked curiously. "Oh, I'm Y/n, Doctor of mondstadt."
"Nice to meet you and you're not wrong a seal of sorts had been placed on me. It sealed away my powers," Aether answered while keeping some details to himself.
