Chapter 31

"What?" Y/n said in an inaudible voice.
Taehyung sat down beside her in the sofa.
"If you want time you can think about it? But won't it be great if we move in together? I'll be able to be there for the baby always. And also I wont be alone. "
"Gawddd taeeee...I need to be alone for a moment...its all going too fast----"
"Y/n...."
"Just go-----pleasee just--"
Taehyung got up from beside her.
"Okay then.....call me when you feel better."
Y/n didn't answer and closed her eyes as a tear came out from her eyes.
What if the baby changed everything between them? What if....naahh she couldn't think anymore....it was too tiring.
She closed her eyes.
It was the same place again.
The man's voice was audible from a distance.
"Have you made sure he is kept safely in the room?"
"Yes master " i heard a female voice.
"And what about that helpless girl?"
"She is still determined not to speak."
"I wonder how long she will last huh." He said with a audible smirk
Y/n heard footsteps coming near and she tried to act like she was sleeping.
The man slowly came close to her and grabbed her chin. It hurt so bad but y/n tried not to show it.
"Still sleeping? You really are determined not to say anything even if your lover is captured here? Does love mean nothing to you heh? Speak min y/n!"
Y/n didn't speak a word. She had to know why she was brought here and what they wanted from her. But she didn't have the guts to do so.
"Do you want us to kill him then? Huh? I know you're just pretending to sleep right here. Don't act too smart y/n. "
Fear started filling every void of y/n s body. What if they actually killed Tae? What if----?
"Tchhhh Soo, let me talk to her. Shouting on her wont work. You dont know her even after dating her? Heh?"
Y/n gasped at the female voice. Where had she heard it before? And what did she say? He dated me? Could it be------
Nevertheless she didn't move a bit.
A phone rang.
"Yeobuseo? Hmmm, okay we will be right there."
Soon there were voices all around.
Where's the boy?
He was in his room 5 minutes ago...he isn't there anymore?
Shit! I think he ran away.
The door opened and someone came in.
I heard the man say "let's talk outside."
She felt people go out the room one by one. She sighed heavily but then realisation dawned on me that taehyung was in danger. Her head hurt but she tried to squint her eyes to see who else was in the room.
There was a guard standing there with a rod in his hand. She scanned the room quietly to see if there were any weapons near her. As soon as she tried to turn behind, she saw a figure standing there. She froze for a moment and closed her eyes but she knew there was no escape anymore.
"So you actually took that bait?huh? What silly things people do for love" he laughed.
"Plea---please leave Taehyung alone. Do anythi.....anything you want with me. Pleasee let him go. Please." Y/n s voice was shaking with fear.
"Whats wrong dear?" Y/n opened her eyes to see her mom sitting beside her, rubbing her palm on her forehead.
"Tae----taehyung was---"
"Taehyung is fine. He went back home after talking to you. Did you tell him something?"
"Mom uhhh....he asked me something."
"And?"
She looked down at her belly and rubbed it softly.
She laughed at y/n's action and said "Scary right?"
Y/n softly nodded. "Tae asked me to move in with him and i-- I overreacted mom. I must have hurt him. Its his baby too, but its just so overwhelming, everything that's happening. "
"Its time you take your own decisions, y/n. I wont tell you what to do. Just wanna say that do what your heart says. If you're still not ready to move in with him, then ask him for some more time. If you are, then go for it. Remember, whatever you do, think before doing it. After all, it's your life and you get to decide what's gonna happen...Kay? Do you want me to call taehyung?"
"Nahh ill just visit him at his house and talk to him about it. Thanks mom for everything. And...what about dad? Is he okay with the whole baby---"
"I've talked to him about it. He is really against it. You know your dad right? But he will accept it sooner or later."
Mrs Min got up and walked upstairs.
Y/n faked a smile before getting up and grabbing her phone but hesitated before dialing tae's number. Maybe she should just go and talk face to face. That would be better. Also she was curious whether Tae could still read her mind and whether he knew about the dreams she were having. Thinking about the dream made her flinch.
Could it be that LUCAS was behind all this? After all this time what did he want?
Trying not to stress herself too much, she slipped her sandals and slowly walked towards his house. On the way, she passed a park and saw lots of small babies playing on the swings. She stood there for quite some time and unconsciously smiled seeing them have fun. Then her eyes drifted to a grown up man playing with them. From a distance, she spot Taehyung. She giggled and she could tell that her heart fluttered for a moment. She slowly walked towards the entrance of the park and sat there examining Tae with the kids. His laugh was noticeable and profound. He really was that good with the kids? She thought. Well she herself was not too bad. Just when she was lost in her thoughts, her eyes met taehyung's and she gulped.
Not expecting y/n to be there at all, taehyung blinked thrice to make sure it was actually her. He, then whispered something to a child and walked  towards her. Then he remembered what she had told him sometime ago and that made his steps slow. Y/n noticed it and stood up.
As soon as he got close she said "Umm taehyung can we talk at your house?"
He nodded and asked her to follow his lead. It was pin drop silence on their way back home until they heard the horn of a motorbike and tae quickly held y/n close to him. She was overwhelmed at the sudden action but didn't push him away.
Seconds passed. Silence everywhere, except their heartbeats that echoed through the street. When she finally pulled herself away, they was few inches away from each other.
"Tae....im sorry, I shouldn't have overreacted actually it is all so-" Taehyung softly brushed a strand of hair from her face and kissed her forehead.
"Its okay love. I'm sorry I suggested that too soon. You can take your time. Ummm....hungry?"
"Depends. Do you have ramyeon at your house?"
He laughed before saying "Would never run out of that, your highness!"
"Ughh such a dramatic baby."
They both laughed and walked towards his house.
Meanwhile the motorbike came to a hault at a nearby shop. And the person in blue opened his helmet.
"So she was right, she actually is pregnant?"
