Taehyung went to the kitchen to cook ramyeon, in the meantime, y/n wondered around in the living room, looking at the beautiful decors and expensive showpieces.
"Will you be okay there, tae?"
"Yeah, you get yourself comfortable in there."
"Sure."
Y/n sat down on the sofa and took a pillow to comfort her belly.
Taehyung's p.o.v.
I took the bowls of ramyeon and carried it to the drawing room and along with some tins of coke.
"Hey, food is hereeee."
She looked at it with delight.
"Okayy gimme the chopsticks,im so hungry."
"Ahh here they are."
She looked at the bottles of bear and said, "Am I allowed to have that?"
I hesitated thinking that it might be harmful for the baby inside her.
"Just one,Kay? Too much will harm our cutiepie.."
Nodding, she grabbed a tin.
Slurpppppp.
Shhurŕr.
"Oh you're eating well yeobo."
She just smiled with her mouth full of food. Just looking at her enjoying the food made me feel full.
"Aren't you gonna eat, big guy?"
Realising thats I'd been staring for too long, I started eating.
"Tae, umm can I ask you something?"
I nodded.
"You know the thing where you could read my mind, can you still do it? Haha..."
"Well um, lets see, you're rn thinking about how handsome im looking while eating ramyeon? Am I right?"
Y/n laughed, came close to me and caressing my cheek said
"Daddy always looks handsome,even if he's doing nothing"
I gulped at her words,nahhh she is pregnant, have to save it for after the baby is born.
"Uhh huh, my babygirl thinks so? But,why do you ask?"
"Nothing,was just curious haha..."
"My mind reading capabilities tell me its not the truth."
"Really? You should brush that talent up then."she said getting up and carrying the dishes from the table to the kitchen.
"Hey, you dont need to do this. Gimme the dishes, I'll carry them-"
"Tae, im pregnant, not handicapped, come on, let me do it."
I sighed letting her carry them to the kitchen.
"Ahhhhh----" a scream followed soon. Knew it. I walked to the kitchen to see what went wrong.
I saw her standing there looking at the blood oozing out of her thumb. It got cut while she was throwing the tins in the thrash bin. I took her finger and dipped it in savlon. She gave out a silent scream.
"Are you okay?" I asked her after putting a bandaid on it.
"Yeah, sorry im a little messy-"
I took the half done dishes and started cleaning them.
"Youre now looking at Mr. Kim Taehyung, the best cleaner in Korea."
When I finished cleaning, I noticed y/n zoning out while looking at the ceiling.
Something was up with her, why wasn't she telling me? And why couldn't I read her mind anymore? Was it because of her pregnancy? Did Jennie call her too?
Did she say something bad?Questions filled up my mind.
"So are you going back to college tomorrow?"
"Yeah ofcourse,I can handle it all, jennie's there to help me with all the school work."
Jennie? They are in the same college? Now this is bothering me. I guess i zoned out because,
"Heyy biggg guy, thinking too much? Don't,and I'd like it if you picked me up from college sometimes, yk when you're umm,free."
"Sure I will. Are you and Jennie close friends?"
"Close freinds? Nahhh, we are just college mates. Wont dig that deep with her. Why do you ask?"
"I got a call from Jennie yesterday, saying she found out that you were enrolling into the same college as her. She seemed excited, but she is a cunning girl, I dont trust her. So I'm just saying,try steering clear of her."
She raised an eyebrow and hummed in response.
"Soooooo,does uncle jungoo know he's gonna have a niece or nephew?"I asked keeping the dishes in the rack and walking back to the drawing room.
"Ohh shit! I forgot to tell him. Lets call him together and surprise him!"
"Okayy...here we go."
She dialed jungkook's number on the phone and put it on speaker.
"Y/nahhhhh! Its been long...wassup?"
"Hmmphh, says the person who forgot about me after moving to Thailand."
"Noooo id never forget about my sweetheart!!! Ohhh Mina wants to say hello....ill give the phone to her."
"Just put the phone on speaker, you dumbhead!"I said, trying not to laugh.
"Wait, isn't that Tae? Ohhh you two moved in together? Waahhh and you never told me."
"Shut up, I've bigger news for you."
Silence filled the room.
"Wait wait you're coming here to visit me? Akkajwhbsvsvbsbs really y/n? Aww thats so----"
"I apologise...."I heard Mina's voice. "What is it y/n?"
"I'm pregnant."
"Youre WHATTTTTTT? ARE YOU KIDDING ME MIN Y/N???? WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN? TAEHYUNG ACTUALLY DOES A GOOD JOB HUH?"
"Kook, calm down lol. I just found it out today. I called to inform uncle jungkook that he's gonna have a niece or nephew soon. Hahaa."
"Thats some great news y/n. Are you doing well? How did the talk with your parents go?"
"Mom is okay with it but dad is really angry. Hope he calms down soon."
"Aww I wish I could be there for you. Taehyung , bruhh I hope you're taking good care of her,else imma throw you off the cliff, no kidding."
I laughed at jungkook's threat.
"Of course I am. She is in safe hands, dont worry. How are things with yall?"
"Things are great here...but we miss ya'll, we don't have any couples to hang around with, it gets boring sometimes.."
"Yes, but we have each other, dont we, baby?"
We heard kissing sounds over the phone.
"Okay, get a room."Y/n said laughing....
"Aren't ya'll adorable? I smiled looking at her.
"We wanna say that we are really so happy to hear about the baby. Wish ya'll to be safe and sound. Do give us updates about the baby. And we promise to visit ya'll soon."
Y/n smiled and said "yeahh you too, take care guys, good night."
"Bye sweetheart, bye Tae!"
"Heyy you can't keep calling her sweetheart. She is my pregnant girlfriend."I said pouting.
"Stop sulking jagiyaaa.Annyeong kookah, annyeong mina."
They hung up.
"Its 10 already, want me to walk you back, its dark outside. Do you have a coat, wait ill bring-"
She held my hand and made me sit beside her.
"Taehyung, I wanna tell you something."
"Im all ears baby."
"Lately, I've been having some strange dreams yk, I see myself being locked up in a dark room, people guarding me, asking me for information regarding you, I hear gunshots, there are people with weapons, its scary. I really want the baby to be safe and us too. So---"
I looked at her worried.
"I am ready to move in with you, I guess-"
I couldn't believe my eyes. Was this real? All of this in the span of one day? Gawd, I need to breathe.
"Y/n thats----"i hugged her tight, running out of words.
She hugged me back " I feel so safe in your arms. I dont wanna go anywhere else."she said slowly.
I smiled, she completed the void in me.
But, about her dreams, what were they about? I'm glad she told me about it.
"Ummm y/n about the dreams, who were the people there? Anyone you know?"
"My eyes are mostly closed, cause its so scary I don't wanna look. But I'm sure there are two leaders, a male and a female, and they are after-----"she stopped.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Umm I dunno, wasn't clear, anyways ill give my mom a call and tell her I'm sleeping here tonight...ill have to bring my stuff over soon."
I nodded and walked over to the bedroom thinking why y/n stopped at after.
