Chapter 35

As i came out of  the room, I saw Taehyung standing, leaning on the wall. As he saw me, he asked me:
"Hey you fine?"
I nodded. "What happened to your sister? Umm I know its not the right time to ask, but---"
"Yeah you should know, ig. Let's get to your home first. I feel tired."
"What about dinner then? Your mom is cooking for you. Lets have dinner and then ill take you back is that okay?"
I wanted to say no but agreed anyway. I led him to my room.
"I've to pack some things back yk? Come sit here, ill tell you about what happened 4 years ago."
He kinda collapsed on my bed and ik he felt home here.
"It was a normal summer day. I'd come home from school, my mom had been to the store to buy some things, and like everyday, I called unnie after school. I'd asked her to buy me a book I've been wanting for a long time. She said she'd bring it. And just then she hung up. I thought it was maybe because she was busy or maybe because she was driving. My mom came home some moments after and she told me about a call she had got from a hospital. Unnie had got into a car accident and she had got a call from the hospital. My mom rushed there and i followed. I prayed continuously that she'd be fine. The doctors said that the crash had damaged her brain a lot. They couldn't stop the blood- she was totally engulfed in blood, that sight-----it still is really hard for me to forget. I kinda feel that if I wouldn't have called her, maybe she wouldn't have got into the accident. She died the next day, of-of-----cerebral bleeding. Since then, my parents have been more cautious of me. They had lost a daughter, and she was a really bright student, with a bright future." I sat down on the bed as I finished speaking.
"Im sorry to hear that love. Hey, hey don't cry. Its finee, your sister, wherever she is, she is watching you and she wouldn't want to see you be sad. She'd want you to be happy, isn't it?"
I sniffed and wiped the tears from my cheeks. Yes, she does want me to be happy. I should be.

After I finished packing, we went downstairs to have dinner. Taehyung excused himself when he got a call.
"Youve got to eat properly, you know right? And stop all those dieting stuff."
I smiled at my dad, I was glad he had finally accepted it. He looked around and I knew he was finding Tae.
"He got a call, he didn't leave me here alone. If he does, im gonna kill him for sure." I whispered in his ears.
"I wasn't looking for him anyway."
My mom smiled at me, giving me a reassuring smile. Taehyung came back after the call, and sat down at the table.
I arched my eyebrows saying 'everything's fine?' He nodded. After dinner, we returned home.

"Ohh y/n? I'd something to tell you."
"All ears baby!"
"My parents called. They are coming home tomorrow. "
"WHAT?"

"Why you so scared? They're not gonna eat you up lol."
"Easy for you to say. The house is such a mess. I've got to clean up so much, I've to cook----"
"Woah woah woah, calm down there ma'am. You dont have to do anything, they know im messy, and they know you're living with me. As for cooking, well if its not too stressing you can, just don't be scared of them."
"I-- I am not scar-scared. Im--"
"Now you know how I felt while I met your parents."
"Bullshit^^"
He laughed and kissed my forehead. At the same time, I felt a kick in my belly.
"TAe, it kicked~>■•■•"
" Who kicked you....ill-"
I brought his hands close to my belly.
"Junior Kim is kicking...our baby is---"
Taehyung felt it too and he got so excited  that he started clapping.
"This is a naughty baby for sure, dont kick you mommy, ill scold you."
"The baby takes after you haha."
"Well if its a he he'll be handsome, and if its a she, she will be beuatiful, just like you."
"Quit the honeymoon phase already tae."
"Oh come on, you like it;)"
Ughh, this baby keeps kicking. What a nuisance. Soon I drifted to sleep.

"She gets to keep Taehyung, she gets to keep a cute baby. And what do I get?
We have to do something to that that precious little soul away from her."
"What you gonna do, then?"
"We have to do something, I think I have a plan. Are you in?"
"Always baby!"
The scene shifted and I saw myself running on the road, to flee from a group of people that were causing me, I tripped and fell down, hurting my baby bump. I cried out loud, "someone save me! Taehyung!! Taehyung!!"

"Whats up, y/n?"
I was shaking and sweating when I opened my eyes.
"Did you have a bad dream?"
"Uhhhh....my head pains so bad."
He looked at me, worried.
"Sleep some more, ill get up and make some breakfast..."he said caressing my forehead.
I nodded as I drifted off to sleep.
The next time I got up, I saw Taehyung coming into my room with French toast and some fruits.
"Morning love!"
"Good morning, thank you so much for the breakfast, babe." I hugged him tight.
"Im so nervous"I whispered.
"Dont be."he whispered back. "They'll love you, im sure!"

At about 10 o'clock, his parents arrived. We greeted each other near the gate. Mrs Kim was a nice lady who took me into her embrace and Mr. Kim gave me a genuine smile. Taehyung hugged them, it was visible that he misses them a lot. I felt like I should let them have some family time.
"I hope Tae is taking good care of you, y/n."
"Uhh..yes Mrs. Kim. He's a really sweet guy, and now I see where he gets all those good looks from."
"Call me mom. We are like family, you are having our grandchild. Oh, I just cant believe this. I was talking to his dad about it. Youre such a sweet girl, we've heard so much about you from tae."
"Thank you, mrs- I mean mom."
"We'll stay here for a while. Tell me when you need anything, kay?"
I nodded.
We all assembled in the living room after they freshened up. It was Saturday, and I had an off at college, and so did Tae.
"I was thinking that," Mr. Kim spoke. "Now that you're gonna have a baby, it must be hard on both of you. We will be here to help you as much as we can. But I suggest, you two don't give up studies to support the baby. Ill suggest you both to finish studies, get a good job. Till then, we are here for you, okay?"
We looked at each other, feeling relieved. I kinda felt bad, his parents having to raise our baby. Maybe we've got to figure something out.

The bell rang.
"I'll get it."Taehyung said.

Taehyung p.o.v.
Maybe some post, I thought. I opened the door to see Mrs. Min standing at the door with y/n s phone. This stupid little girl!
"Did I disturb something...? Looks like yall have guests."
"Oh no no, please come in Mrs. Min. My parents just came back for a while."
"Oh I must leave y'all alone. Its just y/n--"
"Who's it Tae-"Dad came to check.
"Oh dad! This is y/n's mom, And Mrs. Min, this is my father."
My father stopped talking suddenly, and the way Mrs. Min got taken aback, made me feel like they've met before.
"Long time no see Jihyun!" He smiled.

Wait they know each other?

How did he know her name?
