As Frostburn sat in the cell with the other icewings she could hear singing from the other prisoners. She knew one of her friends had started it but she couldn't really guess who.

"Frostburn. When or if you get out of here try to give your mother a meeting place. She is all the family you have." A female said and she nodded.

"Did you have a family?" She asked and the female huffed a little.

"I'm the queen's sister but i chose to fight with the others. I was big-headed and thought i could take on anyone." She said and Frostburn looked at the door of the cell as Almandine came by and slid some dead lizards to them.

"Its all i could get. Tomorrow the queen plans to send all of you out against the nightwing and I think the seawing. Them and a mudwing annoyed the queen with their singing." Almandine said and Frostburn stood up worried.

"He can't fight! Starflight isn't even trained to fight!" She said full of worry making the others look at her.

"How would you know a thing like that?" One of the males asked and she faced him.

"I was raised with him and the others that were brought in with us. Tsunami can fight but i dont want her too and Clay hates fighting...." She said and the icewings looked at eachother.

"Look. Its fight or die in that arena. If they don't fight then they will have to die. None of us want to die so we are going to fight." The female icewing said as she let herself lay on the ground.

"You have to find a way to being me into the fight. I will not let anyone kill my friends." Frostburn said. The mostly quiet dragon was gone. Now she was braver and more willing to fight for her friends' safety.

"I think you using that odd ability of yours just made you one of the queen's favorite toys. She Will probably hold you for a fight against Peril." Almandine said making Frostburn frown.

Almandine soon left as she had been called by her queen. With a huff Frostburn looked at the icewings knowing she would protect her friends if she had to.

Meanwhile Clay and the others were listening to Burn and Scarlet talk.

"You interrupted my feast. You will not do so again." Scarlet said clearly aggravated making Burn roll her eyes.

"Why didn't you just kill them?" She asked and Scarlet smirked.

"We have a whole day of entertainment planned for tomorrow. Its my hatching day! I want it to be thrilling." She said happily making Burn growl a little.

"I don't care about your 'fun.' We need to stop the prophecy. Let's kill them and get it over with." Burn said with a snarl making Scarlet huff slightly.

"Well...yes. But think. If we kill the dragonet now, out of sight, it does us no good. Even if we hang them from the palace walls, no one will believe it's them. But if we put the dragonet in the arena, everyone can see them die. They'll lose all faith in the prophecy. Much more powerful that way, with gruesome visuals! Don't you agree?" Scarlet said as she walked towards the dragonets making the bag around her neck move around a bit. Once close enough she reached into the back only to pull out a talon full of black stones. The dragonets watched as she began spreading them on a half circle around them.

"What if they win?" Burn asked as she watched Scarlet. This made the skywing glance back at her.

"They wont. But killing them ourselves is a solid backup plan." She said simply angering Tsunami.

"You know we're right here, right? Don't you want ti hatch your evil plans somewhere more secretive?" Tsunami said clearly agitated.

"Who do you think you'll tell before you die?" Burn asked with a short huff as Scarlet set the rocks on fire. Quickly the dragonets jumped back not wanting to be harmed by the fire.
