Misty

"Misty stop doing that!"

Sighing again, I looked at my grandmother. Today was suppose to be our last day in New Orleans but instead it was mines. She decided that she was staying a bit longer so I would be flying back to New York alone.

"I'm not doing anything."

"Yes you are. You're walking around here sighing down the damn place like of you lost your puppy."

"Whatever."

"Where's that boyfriend of yours though?"

"Working."

Flipping through the television, it was clear that I was bored.

"You want to do something today love? We haven't spent much time since we've been out here."

"What you had in mind?"

"Its been a while since we went to aquarium here."

Sitting up, I instantly began to smile. When I was younger and we came out here, every chance we got, she would take me to the aquarium.

"Got get ready." She laughed at my excitement.

Doing as I was told, I made my way to my room here and got into the shower.

"Misty?"

"Yeah grandma?" I looked out of the shower.

"What you think?"

"That's cute. Is that the top you bought on sale?"

"Yeah."

"I like it." I smiled.

"Thank you love."

Leaving me to finish, I did so got out and cleansed my face. I wasn't a fan of makeup so I made sure my skin was always cleansed and hydrated.

As I began to dress, my phone kept going off. Since I posted a picture of August and myself, it was endless notifications.

Between blogs posting, his fans and their fan pages and regular people thinking they know our relationship and putting in their opinions, it was frustrating some times.

Hearing my iPad ringing, I stopped lotioning my legs and got it to see Aug was facetiming me.

"Yes babe?"

"I was calling you on your phone."

"Oh that was you? I'm sorry."

"What you mean if that was me?"

"My phone has been on vibrate so when it was buzzing I just thought it was notifications."

"Oh. What you up too?"

"Getting ready to go to the aquarium with my grandmother. My aunt took the boys out so its just me and her."

"Okay. Your bag is packed?"

"Yeah it is." I sighed.

"Don't start that. You're going to see me soon plus I'm spending Christmas with ya."

"I know. I just was ready for my grandma to come home. As much as I work, I do miss her."

"She knows ya do but let her relax a bit too."

"Yeah."

As we talked, I moved around and got dressed. Aug was just there looking at me attentively, to say he was memorizing my every motion.
