chapter fourteen | surprise

"I'll introduce you to my Parents, be ready."

Naiwang nakatigalgal ang bibig ko habang pinapanood ko kung paano unti unting lumayo ang pag hakbang ni Windsor mula sa akin. My breathing hitched as my heart beats fastened its pace.

Iyon ang tanging sinabi niya bago pumasok sa unang klase para sa araw na 'yon. He has a seven am class, while I don't. Kaya kahit na gulantang pa ako dahil sa mga iniwan niyang salita, umalis na ako roon at pumihit patalikod upang tumungo sa Music Room ng University.

Weeks passed like a whirlwind since the holiday season ended. I came back already at Auntie's house. Ni hindi na rin sila nag abala pa na mag tanong kung saan ba ako nakituloy, as if naman na may pake sila.

Taking a blustery sighs while entering inside the MR, Pentacost welcomed me with a friendly smiles. Kusang kumurba ang labi ko sa isa ring palakaibigang ngiti.

"Hi Airvieh!" Seymour cheerfully greeted me.

"Hi.."

Ipinagtulak ako ng silya ni Aethriou sa gitna nila ni Chandler. "Thanks," I whispered.

"Kumusta?" Chandler asked, giving me an innocent look.

"Ayos lang.. Kayo ba?"

"We're fine," Aethriou just shrugged his shoulders off like he's bored. Kung hindi ko siya kilala, siguro ay iisipin ko na ayaw niya akong kasama. He's always like this when it comes to other girls, mabuti nga't medyo mabait pa sa akin, siguro kasi Girlfriend ako ng kaibigan nila.

"Hmm, so.. Para saan pala 'to? Bakit niyo ako kailangan? May importante ba na pag uusapan?" I looked at their eyes, trying to read what's on their minds.

Vermount cleared his throat before he explained everything to me, making me shrieked in excitement.

"Really?! Surprise 'to?!"

They all nodded their head. Mas lalo akong namangha at napabuga ng hininga dahil hindi pa rin makapaniwala.

Pentacost band were hired by one of the popular agency in the Philippines. After that, their Manager already informed them that they will be having their debut on the second week of March, still haven't been decided the exact date of the day though. Naikwento na iyon sa akin ni Windsor dahil ang ilang mga composed songs niya ay plano rin na bilhin ng Agency, kaya naman tuwang tuwa rin ako dahil kahit na hindi siya kasama sa mag dedebut ay parang naging parte na rin siya ng grupo. Though, technically, he's really part of the band.

Unfortunately, since they're becoming more famous now, they're gaining a lot of fans all over the country. Dahil doon, hindi naiwasan na magkaroon ng mga taga suporta na sumusobra ang ginagawa, to the point na hindi na tama at nagiging sanhi na iyon upang mapahamak ang iba. Ang mas malala, baka pa sa mismong iniidolo mo pa.

"I'm sorry to hear that.." I bit my lower lip while eyeing Chandler's expression.

Kasabay ng pag bagsak ng magandang balita na ibinahagi nila kanina, iyon naman ngayon ang sumunod na ibinalita nila sa akin. I don't know if I can be happy right now, knowing the fact that Windsor can finally achieve his dreams but Chandler can't.

The Pentacost band, excluding Windsor, planned a meeting with me. Ito 'yon ngayon. They told me that they're currently planning to let Windsor join to their upcoming debut. They already informed the Manager and also the whole agency about it. Alam na raw nito na kasama talaga ito sa banda at hindi lamang tumutugtog ngunit magaling naman at may talento talaga. Masaya ako roon, sobra. Alam ko na magugustuhan niya, ngunit alam ko rin na hindi niya iyon pipiliing gawin lalo na't ayaw na ayaw iyon ng mga magulang niya. But his band mates insisted and assured me that Windsor will definitely choose this path than following his parents' order this time.
