Chapter Three

Vincent looked at you sympathetically, yet you did not look at him. Your boss was being an utter bastard, and all you wanted to do was punch his stupid squished face.

"I'm not stupid, sir. I'll take over the night shift," you put your hands on your hips, and slightly cringed at your new, yet temporary job at Freddy Fazbear's. Once the boss man left, you slid your fingers through your hair and sighed. Despite loving it here when you were a young child, you were now slightly realizing how creepy the animatronics can be. The one who really scared you now was Mangle, whom you saw in one of the rooms at the Pizzeria, and physically saw it move a few times.

Just then, Vincent pulled you out of your thoughts, and you were now paying attention to him.
"Hey, uh, so you're gonna take the night shift now?" Vincent slightly twitched, ever so slightly no one could see it, all but you.
"Um, y-yeah, I am, why?" You tilted your head to the right, wondering about the twitch.
"Um- N-n-n-no reason! Hahaha, I was just kind of wondering, y'know..."
Before you could continue talking, Vincent pulled you into a hug, whispering things into your ear that you couldn't quite make out.

"WhOOaaHHOOAa! Look, mom! Those two are being super weird!" A little girl told her mom, loud enough for the both of you to hear, making Vince let go of you, blushing.
"That's how me and your father used to be like," the mother said, smiling towards you and him.
Just then, the little girl went up to you and said, "You're really lucky to have someone like him," she said, pointing to Vincent. "I want someone like that to protect me...fr-from..my...dreams."
Once again, Vincent made a small twitch, but smiled and knelt down to the girl's height, "I'm sure you'll find someone who will protect you, princess..." He waited for her to say her name.
"My name is Kendall. But- but everyone calls me Doll."
Doll had spirally blond hair and a cute white dress on.
"Princess Doll," Vincent finished, bowing to the little girl. Doll blushed a slight pink in embarrassment. She giggled a little and ran back to her mum.
"Mommy, I'm a princess!" She exclaimed, waving goodbye to you and Vincent.
You grabbed his hand unintentionally and said, "You've got quite the charm."
When you finally realized you two were holding hands, you tried to let go but he reassuringly smiled at you and continued to hold it. It was about 10:45, and everyone was going to leave. Everyone except you.

11:45pm
You sat down in the so-called office, waiting for your partners, a Jeremy Fitzgerald and a Mike Shmidt. They were both late, and that slightly pissed you off. You wished you could see Vincent again, moaning quietly about what happened in the morning.
"Ahem.." A male voice said, making you turn your head to the right, blushing, wondering if he had heard you.
"Ah! I'm so sorry.. I- I'm ____."
"They didn't mention it would be a girl..." The man smiled a little bit, but shook his head.
"I'm Mike Shmidt. You can call me Mike. Jeremy wasn't feeling so great today, but he's still on his way here."

You nodded your head, but as soon as Mike finished talking, the door slammed open, and a shorter man with brown locks coughed and went inside.
"Sor-sorry Mike! Am I l-late?!"
Mike chuckled and went up to the young man and gave him a small peck on the lips, "You're fine Jere."
A smile creeped up on your face, seeing as Mike helped who seemed to be Jeremy with his jacket.
"O-oh, you must be the one who is going to be sharing the sh-shift with us."
You nodded your head again, and the three of you picked up those tablets connected to the cameras of the pizzeria.

It was quiet for the first hour, until you checked Camera 09, only to find that Bonnie wasn't there. You coughed a little bit too loudly, and Jeremy and Mike laid their eyes on you.
"Uh, s-sorry.. But Bonnie isn't ...there," You tried being as clear with the explanation as possible, but they only shook their heads "yes" and went back to checking the cameras.
Before the clock struck 2am, you heard banging coming from the vents. Like, metal.
"Okay guys," Mike said in a hushed tone, "Put on your Freddy masks. Bonnie's up."

As soon as Mike finished talking, you put on your mask, and tried breathing as quiet as possible. Bonnie passed you by but unlike the others, he looked at you more closely, but soon left as if he believed you were another Freddy.
You unequipped the mask from your face and breathed loudly.
"Jesus, this mask stinks!" You groaned, clutching the mask with a fist, but Jeremy and Mike only chuckled.
"You'll get used to it," they said, in unison.

Every once in a while, you were the one who checked the doorless hall in front the three of you. Yet this time, you found Foxy. You gulped and flicked your flashlight on and off, and after a moment, you clicked it on again, and Foxy was gone, making you sigh in relief.

A quiet alarm went off, indicating it was 6am. You were exhausted, so you decided to go home right away to sleep. Your boss said earlier that you didn't have to come for the day shift, since you'll be up all night for the night shift. You said your goodbyes to Jeremy and Mike, went to your car and drove home.

You sighed ecstatically as you plopped onto your soft bed. You closed your eyes and began to drift off.

That is, until you saw that same familiar figure you met months ago.
