Chapter 15

Emery's POV

Mom went to work and I walked into the kitchen to see if there was food and there wasn't. I could go buy some but I don't have a car. Wait, I can buy a car I have enough money. I grabbed my phone from my pocket and called Zara.

"Hey girl what up?" Zara asked.

"Nothing just home" I said.

"So what's the reason why you're calling me?" she asked.

"Well I want to buy a car and I was wondering if you would take me and Grace and come along" I said.

"Of course" I hear Grace said.

"Grace is here already so we will pick you up in 10 mins" Zara said.

"Ok see you" I said and hung up the phone.

I ran up the stairs to my room and changed into some jeans and a white shirt with a red flannel.I went to the restroom and brushed my hair and bursted my teeth. I walked back to my room and put on my shoes. I saw my phone went off and it was a text message.

Me
I'll be down in a minute.

I ran down stairs and grabbed my purse from the counter. I put my phone in my pocket and made sure my wallet was in my purse. I walked out the house and saw Zara and Grace in a black range rover. I locked up the house and walked to the car and got in the back seat. Grace was in the driver seat and Zara was in the Passenger side.

"Is this your car" I asked Grace.

"Yup, I saved all my money and was able to buy it at 18" she said.

Damn this car is so nice I want one. Wait, I could buy one.

"That's nice," I told her.

"So what kind of car do you wanna get?" Zara asked.

Grace pulled out the drive away and started to drive off.

"A range over" I said.

"Really" Zara asked.

"Yup, I have the money,"I said.

"Well then let's go get you a rang over" Grace said.

Once we got to the dealership we were looking around at different range rovers.

"What about this one" Zara asked.

Me and Grace looked at Zara standing next to a car.

"Oh that's your car" Grace said walking towards it.

I followed her and got a closer look to the car, it was a black range over spot. This is definitely the car I want.

"So what do you think Emery?" Zara asked.

"I think you should get it,"Grace said.

"I'm definitely going to get it," I said.

"Hi can I help you guys" a guy asked.

"Yes, actually she wants to buy this car" Grace said pointing to me.

"Ok great, why don't we go inside and sign some papers?" he said.

"Ok"I said.

He started walking and I followed behind him. I turned around and Zara and Grace were also following behind. They both smiled at me and I smiled back.

"I can't believe I finally have a car," I said.

After an hour of signing papers I was able to buy the car. I'm so happy. Now I have to buy groceries, furniture and pay the bills. Mom won't be able to pay so I have to and I don't mind. I have money and I want everything to be perfect when Rain comes home.

"Now you don't have to take the bus anymore,"Zara said.

I'm so happy I don't have to take the bus, it always stinks for some reason.

"Ohh there here," Grace said.

"Who's he-" I stopped talking once I saw Elijah Isaac and Xavier.

"I called them because we are going to celebrate," Grace said.

Grace walked over to them and I looked at Zara. She grabbed my hand and pulled me toward them. I just hope I don't have to drive with Xavier.

"Hey guys," Grace said and hugged Isaac.

"Ok so what restaurant are we going to and who's driving with who?"Elijah asked.

I looked at Grace and shook my head. She just smirks and wishes for something in Isaacs ear. He looks at me and just smirks, I just nod my head no to him.

"How about me and Grace in her car.Elijah and Zara in Elijah's car and Xavier and Emery in Emery's car" Isaac said.

Are you for real, did you not see me shake my head no two times. I swear I'm going to strangle him and grace.

"Sure," Xavier said.

I snapped my head to him and her of course he had that stupid smirk on his face and winked at. I rolled my eyes at him walked to my new car. Once I got to the driver side and was about to open it the door shut. I looked up and saw Xaviers hand on top of the door.

"Do you mind?" I said not looking at me.

"Let me drive," he said.

I just got this car. Does he really think I'm going to let him drive?.

"No" I said and tried to open the door but of course his hand was still there.

I felt his hot breath on my neck.

"I wasn't asking" he said brushing his lips on my ear "I was telling you" he said.

I got all choked up and dropped my keys, why does he have this affect on me. I turned around to grab the keys but he beat me to it. He holds the keys in his hand and smiles.

"I guess I'm driving," he said.

That's it I'm going to strangle him one day.

"Can you guys hurry up, we're going to leave you guys here" I heard Elijah say.

"Get in the car Emery" Xavier said.

That's it, I give up, I just wanna get food. I'm hungry. I moved away from the car and bumped my shoulder to his and he just chuckled. I walked around the car and got in, He gets in the car and starts in but just looks at me. Does he have a staring problem or something?

"What" I asked.

"Seat belt" he said.

Really, I buckled my seatbelt and looked out the window. I know this is going to be a long ride.
