Chpater 10

**... "Forgive me for all my mistakes and let an imperfect guy like me be a perfect girl like yours boyfriend?"**

I stood there, tears forming. Tears of joy. Everything I've ever wanted him to say, he said, there and then. I smiled. I couldn't speak. I was beyond happy. "Yes, I'd love to be your girlfriend" he smiled and pulled me into a hug. "Cody?" I slowly said as we backed away from our hug.

"Yeah?" He said, a smile pasted across the perfect face of his. Then went serious the second he saw my worried face. "What's wrong Autumn?"

"Well I... umm never mind" I said backing away from him.

"Hey." He said pulling me closer. "What is it?"

"It's nothing" I said trying to get out of his grip.

"Don't say that. What's wrong?" He said trying to keep me in his arms.

"I..." I took a deep breath "I'm not sure if I can do this.."

"What? why though? You just said yes.." Sadness filled his eyes.

"Cody, what about our friendship? If we break up? Everything will be ruined."

He smiled pulling me closer. "But what if we never end?"

"But what if we do?"

"I promise you I won't let it happen! I promise!" I smiled and kissed his cheek and whispered in his ear.

"Thank you Cody" he held my hand and brought me to our friends. We all laughed and had a good rest of the night. At 3 everyone left and it was just our group of friends. We helped Cody and Alli clean up the mess. By the time we finished cleaning if was past 6 in the morning. We were all in the basement chilling. I started to get pretty tired. I cuddled up against Cody and fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of my friends laughing. I had only been sleeping for an hour. I felt so gross from no sleep. I looked up and Cody looked down at me. "Sleeping beauty has woken" I giggled and laid down on his lap, my legs stretched out over Alli and Sophie's.

"So what's going on between you two? Josh and Alli?" I said. They both smiled.

"No no no no!" Cody said gently pushing my head off his lap sitting me up and grabbing Alli into a hug. We all laughed.

"We aren't dating Cody!" Alli said against his chest.

"Good" Cody said smiling and hugging Alli tighter.

"Cody!! You're squishing me!" Alli managed to say with her face pushed up against Cody's chest. We all giggled.

That night everyone left, but me. Alli went to Sophie's. Cody and I were watching TV. When he slowly started to move closer to me and put his hand on my thigh and began to rub it. I bit my lip as I watched his hand go up and down my leg. "Do you want to go upstairs?" He whispered into my ear referring to his room. I nodded my head. He grabbed my hand and lead me upstairs. When we got in his room he shut the door and sat down on his bed. I sat down next to him. He looked over at me and I looked at him. He pulled me into his lap. One leg on either side of him and my body facing his. He smiled at me holding my waist I cupped his face and leaned down.

We slowly started to kiss. I'm not going to lie. It was weird... he has been my friend forever and here I am kissing him. His kisses were so passionate he licked my bottom lip begging for an entrance. I wasn't sure about the whole me and Cody dating thing, but at that moment everything we were doing felt so right. I opened my lips a bit letting his tongue explore my mouth. The kiss began to get more rough and more hot. He picked me up. My legs still on either side of him. He laid me down on his bed as he got on top of me kissing harder and harder. We made out for a while until we heard Cody's room door open and we both immediately looked to the direction of his door. And there stood Angie and Tom. Toms mouth wide open and his eyes were huge and Angie's face much similar to his. Cody got off me. I sat up. They just stood there. I was so embarrassed. I could feel my face turn bright red. "Sorry" I quietly said pushing through Angie and Tom leaving Cody's room.
