3rd Person POV...

"What are you thinking about?" Maki questions Nobara who has remained silent since they've went out to find supplies and food. Nobara feels they aren't being careful enough. They lack in numbers and they don't even know if they lack in power too. She knows Gojo is capable of standing up to Sukuna but what about the others? The one who is able to change bodily shape and the one with the androgynous appearance that is loyal to Sukuna.

"Do you think Fushiguro and Itadori are alive?" She blurts out, making Maki clench her jaw. She didn't want to think of the worst when she believes in Megumi. Her cousin has never looked down on her, he has never treated her as less than for not being born with the hereditary curse energy their bloodline has.

This is the most dangerous mission yet and she's willing to face it, to give it her all because not only is she confident in her cousin's survival she's also confident in herself in what she is capable of doing. "I can't say anything for Itadori but I know Megumi is alive." She replies honestly.

"I'm not underestimating anyone but I feel we lack in numbers." Nobara says, speaking her opinion honestly. They enter an abandoned store, Maki grabs a carry basket and so does Toge. "We'll get the food, you guys get the other stuff." Yuuta says as he grabs Toge's hand, pulling him away.

"Okay." Nobara replies but Yuuta is already pulling his shorter boyfriend away. Maki pays no attention to them as she looks for blankets. So far they had gotten nowhere, it's as if they vanished completely. Toji is becoming restless, snapping at everyone for anything while Gojo just remains quiet, barley talking to anyone. Naoya has been doing what he can to gather information as well as insulting the women for their mistakes or other pointless insults.

"You're right, there aren't that many of us. Our goal isn't to win a war, it's to safely retrieve Itadori and Megumi. The higher ups are already furious at Gojo for this. They want to leave Itadori because he isn't of use to us anymore and they don't want to risk losing people just to save Megumi alone." Maki grabs a few blankets, going towards the medicine isle.

Nobara grabs some bandages while Maki gathers some medicines for wounds. "I don't want to leave them behind. They're important to me." Nobara admits. She's been so worried about those two idiots and all she wants is for things to go back to how they were. With her dragging them shopping with her and forcing Itadori to carry their bags while she makes Megumi try on numerous different outfits she knows he will never wear but he lets her do it anyway.

Yuuta and Toge fill the basket with non perishables, the raven hair's hand occasionally sliding around the others waist. Inumaki gives him a glare, shooing him away. "I just want to kiss you." He pouts and the other sighs, pulling down the top of his uniform and the taller quickly kisses him, it's deep and sweet.

"We have Gojo, Nanami, and Toji. We will be fine so stop worrying." Maki tells her. Nobara pushes her worries in the back of her mind realizing she might've been worrying for nothing. If Maki isn't concerned about it then neither should she.

"Oh Nobara, I wanted to tell you my opinion about what you were saying to Maki. I wanted to say that Toge and I aren't worried about it at all so... don't worry." Yuuta smiles and Toge nods.

       "Salmon."

"She's right to be worried. Some of you are at a disadvantage for what might be waiting." They turn their attention to the others. Toji had been the one to speak, his arms crossed causing his large muscles to bulge against his shirt that outlines his 6-pack. The man truly is someone to drool over. Naoya passes Toji, standing in the middle of the gathered group.

"Here." Naoya sets down a map with a red circle. "This is were the boy is which means that is where the King of Curses is."

"You found them? How?!" Nobara questions shocked. She could hardly believe it, it felt like a miracle. They know where they are, they can figure out how to get in to save her friends. Gojo can finally return to his cheery self and maybe Toji would stop being so moody towards everyone. Nobara has no hope for Naoya to change.

"I'm not answering to a little girl." Naoya insults making Nobara clench her first angrily but Maki wraps her arms around the girl to calm her down. Toji smirks, shaking his head as he chuckles. Naoya rolls his eyes, ignoring Toji. "We should bring something up before it's too late. When we rescue the boys, Megumi is coming back with us to the school." Nanami says to Naoya and Toji. The two glare at the man venomously, a murderous aura surrounding the two cousins.

"I'm taking Megumi with me. If you haven't noticed the world has gone to shit, you guys failed to protect my boy and that's how he ended up in this exact situation." Toji growls. Nanami sighs, looking to Gojo for some assistance. The man seems unwilling to say anything which frustrates Kento.

"That isn't right. You think you can protect him better than we can?" Nobara argues. She will be damned if she's going to risk her life for those idiots only to have Megumi be taken away from the school.

"Megumi is better off with us. He belongs at our school. Either way, that is my opinion. It's his choice about what he wants to do and I'm confident he'll return with us." Maki adds, defending her cousin. While her voice held confidence, she had an uneasy feeling in her stomach. It isn't clear whether Megumi will want to come back. She knows how close Gojo and him are so she spoke up but she also knows Megumi has built up a relationship with Naoya and Toji is still his father...

"It's not about what the boy wants. He is to return with me. We can fight about it after we see if he is still alive. What's our plan?" Naoya questions, looking at Nanami and Gojo. He despises working with the white haired man but he has to put the bad blood behind him. He has a mission, a job given to him. Naoya is to bring Megumi back to the Zen'in clan, Megumi is going to be very useful to them.
