3rd Person POV...

When Sukuna exits the bathroom, he finds Megumi is soundly sleeping in bed. So vulnerable, he's carelessly left his guard down. The curse grabs Megumi's hips softly, wondering if he should just shove his hand down directly on top. Sukuna believes that is the best option, to crush directly down where the parasite is. It'll cause great suffering to Megumi but it's to save his life that has a chance of being ended at childbirth. The protection symbol marking on his velvety, milky stomach will have to be removed first.

The symbol marks both protection and can increase fertility, not that Megumi needs the extra help with his body seemingly eager to become pregnant and have babies. He runs his hand down, his nails lightly scraping against the pale flesh. The boy sleepily opens his eyes, seeing Sukuna who towers over his petite form.

"Sukuna..." He mumbles, taking the curse's hand in his own. Megumi holds the hand that destroyed the world, that ended the lives of many, as if it was something gentle and incredibly special to him. "Please don't hurt me anymore." He meekly requests before falling back asleep. Sukuna clenches his jaw, a feeling similar to guilt welling up in his chest. His other hand caressing the bewitching teen's face, admiring the perfectly shaped nose, the adorable way his enticing lips part ever so slightly when he sleeps so soundly like this.

Megumi's eyes are red, showing just how much he cried. Sukuna holds onto his hips gently, hovering over his body. Leaning down, he listens in to the smooth rhythm of his steady heartbeat. He sees how the teen's wrists are slightly swollen, they appear to be throbbing from the recently afflicted harm. Megumi shifts a little, wrapping his arms around Sukuna's head gently, his slender fingers lightly gripping onto his hair to keep him close to Fushiguro.

Sukuna can't hurt his beloved, not like this. He's careful not to crush Megumi's body, holding him tighter. Sukuna can sense the warmth, the life that is inside such a small stomach. It's becoming stronger and Sukuna knows it's developing.

After breakfast, Megumi decides first he's going to see his friends. He dresses and makes his way to the gardens, the tigers run over joyously. The teen chuckles, petting them dotingly. "Fushiguro!" Megumi is engulfed by Itadori who surprise hugs him from behind. He grunts at the sudden weight thrusted on him. Megumi shrugs the boy off him, turning his attention to Itadori. The tigers whine, tugging on his kimono.

"You're lively today." Megumi states as the boy grins warmly. Itadori is determined to save Megumi, to take him away from this nonsensical situation. Nanami, Gojo, and Nobara had told him not to interfere, to stay out of Megumi's personal affairs. Itadori doesn't care about the consequences because his best friend is making a mistake.

"How can I not be when I get to be with you again? I missed you." Itadori merrily admits, bending down to pet Koji who accepts the warm friendliness. Megumi hesitates before sitting down with Itadori. Marise and Anala playfully attack Megumi, nipping and holding onto their mother. "Why didn't you stay when you left me with Sensei and the others?" He abruptly questions.

Megumi couldn't help but frown, petting their stripped fur. "...I didn't want to." He simply says in response, bopping Anala gently on the nose so she releases his kimono. She does so grumpily, pawing at his hand. It doesn't really hurt, a little sting from the sharp baby teeth and claws but they can't compare to Sukuna. Itadori observes how Megumi attempts to avoid eye contact with him, the way his face is cold yet frowning.

"I don't think so, the Megumi I know is stronger than that. You went through a lot, we both did." Itadori grabs Megumi's hands carefully in his, Anala and Marise meow in displeasure. "You don't have to be alone anymore, you can rely on me you know." His thumb softly rubs Megumi's hand, a gesture that could make the dark haired teen believe Itadori was being affectionate towards him in a way one might assume he liked him.

"...I appreciate that, Itadori. I'm not alone, there are people here." Megumi replies, pulling back slowly. Marise was currently cuddled upon his lap, nuzzling into his stomach as he begins to fall asleep while Anala and Koji were busy wrestling in the grass. Itadori is puzzled at that response, who could he possibly have? Those sickening curses are atrocious, how could Megumi even stand to be here like this?

"Like who?" Itadori pushes further. Megumi is silent for a moment, feeling put on the spot about an already complicated situation. After the harrowing and distressing arguement with Sukuna last night, he's been having continuous thoughts of countless things. Whether he should create a plan to keep his baby protected if he were to die, even so... the only person strong enough would be Gojo but how can he make that man suffer even more?

Megumi can't bare the thought of being apart from Sukuna, no matter how much suffering he causes on him. He could never abandon him the way many have done to Megumi and even though he said he'd rather die last night... he doesn't want that either yet he does. It's difficult for Megumi to truly understand what he is feeling. "Uraume is... kind and he takes care of me."

"Uraume? The one loyal to Sukuna?" Itadori questions unsurely, Megumi nodding in response. "You're joking, he only seems nice because he has to be! It's all to keep you here Fushiguro!"

"Maybe, maybe Uraume doesn't like me and is actually faking it. I'd like to think that's not the case, we had some nice moments together that I don't want to forget. Uraume can do those things without having that look in his eyes but he did. I don't always get along with people here, it isn't easy Itadori but Uraume is the one person that I can truly believe in. I don't want that taken from me." Megumi mumbles, upset about the thought that maybe Uraume truly doesn't enjoy his company.

Megumi fights with Sukuna often, he doesn't like Mahito either. The boy has yet to be introduced to other curses, only seeing gross  misshaped ones in what looked like some deranged sexual dungeon when Yuji was still here. Uraume, as strange as Megumi found him, is someone he has here. "I can help you just like you helped me. Run away with me, Fushiguro."
