Standing in front of her was a well dressed man, he looked like a business man, save for the weird glasses.

Maybe he looked too normal to be a jujutsu sorcerer, level headed and responsible.

Well currently his competition was Gojo, who happened to be a man-child so she didn't have many referring points to judge sorcerer other then the not crazy like attitude.

"This is Nanami Kento, the ex salaryman jujutsu sorcerer!" Gojo introduced the blonde while hooking an arm around the man's neck, who didn't look very excited and who could blame him.

"Please don't call me that." he replied in a flat tone, he really got down the salaryman vibe.

"Plenty of jujutsu sorcerers are oddballs, but since he's worked for a company, he's got a good head on his shoulders."Gojo continued to introduce him.

"Talk for yourself, you're the only oddball here, Gojo." she scoffed while glaring at him.

Although she really wasn't believable because while she said that she was also apparently playing poker with herself.

What? She could never say no to a good game and this ghost here was very polite.

"As your Sensei was saying, he's also a first grade sorcerer." he stressed the teacher part, she always forgot to call him that or maybe she was doing it on purpose. Payback for calling her Shinzo-chan.

"I'm sure no one would want to hear you saying that about them." he adjusted his weird glasses referring to Gojo's oddball comment.

Meanwhile Itadori looked thoughtful and like he had some important questions.

"Ex-salaryman? Why didn't you become a jujutsu sorcerer from the start?" so straight forward, but the blond didn't look bothered.

"We should greet each other first." she liked this man, finally someone polite!

"Nice to meet you Itadori-kun, Kurosaki-san." he slightly bowed to the both of them.

"Oh, yes, nice to meet you too." the boy bowed too.

"Nice to meet you Nanami-sensei!" she greeted him poking her head out of her cards.

"Why does he get to be called teacher and I don't?! He is not even a teacher!" the white haired man looked awfully offended.

"Because..." she started while showing her Royal flush to the now blanching ghost.

"...you don't look the part and you act like a man-child."she concluded putting back her deck of cards and shooing the ghost away.

"I do not!" carbon eyes gave him a biased look.

"Yes you do." Nanami added slightly annoyed, but always maintaining his calm tone of voice.

"Betrayed?! By my own friend..." here he goes again being a drama queen.

"Back on the topic...I studied at jujutsu tech and one thing I learned..."she was interested now, after all this was going to be her future.

"Is that jujutsu sorcerer are shit!" she was taken aback by the sudden shift in his tone, he lost his calm and level headed voiced.

"Huh?" the pink haired boy was dumbfounded.

"Then I worked at your typical company, and one thing I learned is that work is shit!" her mouth was left gaping open, he was right though.

"Really?!" Itadori exclaimed bewildered.

"If both are equally shit, I'll take the one I'm more suited to." he concluded with a dark aura all around him.

Gosh she got that way of thinking, she already liked this man.

Meanwhile Gojo and Itadori were whispering in the back like two school girls.

Then they began talking about some mission she wasn't going to be involved in just yet.

"Why am I here if I don't have anything to do with this mission?" she raised a hand while questioning them.

"Because after you're done with your patrol at Tokyo, you'll go help them with the investigation." Gojo answered her while doing finger guns at her.

"Alright then I'll go patrolling right ahead, the earlier I go the faster I'm going to be done." she said as she got up to get her things.

Once she reached Tokyo, the raven haired woman got to do her job and during dead moments she checked her phone only to see she had several missed calls from Junpei.

She tried to call him back, but it always went to voice mail. Weird, he always had his phone on.

She was a bit worried, lately he didn't sound like his usual self and he didn't answer back this time, what if something bad happened to him?

Nahhh, she was starting to sound like a mom, not that her mom ever worried or cared about her, but friends and memes taught her that they were supposed to act like that.

Shinzo sighed and put her smartphone away, she was on the clock she couldn't afford to slack off.

Some hours had passed and the raven haired woman finished her job, now she should reach those two.

She quickly texted to Itadori to know their whereabouts and when he answered her with the address she frowned.

This was the theatre where her and Junpei usually watched movies. She had a bad feeling about it, but maybe again she was overreacting.

She took a taxi to reach the place faster, once she arrived she felt cursed energy and a fight going on at the roof of the building.

She quickly went through the crime scene tape and yelled a " I'm with them" at the officer.

While she was going up the stairs she encountered a curse, however she had a weird feeling regarding this curse.

Its cursed energy felt a bit off, but she couldn't quite put her finger on what was giving her that weird feeling.

Anyways she continued running up stairs causing the the curse to chase her, she couldn't fight in such a small space.

The woman finally reached the roof where she encountered Nanami and Itadori which were fighting against similar curses(?).

"I'm sorry to crush your party guys!" she announced her arrival and Itadori's head snapped towards her to greet her but it resulted in him getting punched by the curse.

"Nanami-san this curse gives me very weird vibes, I don't think they're normal." she managed to say between a dodge and the other.

She quickly finished the curse impaling it with a spike made of shadows, however something strange happened.

The curse didn't dissolve in particles when she defeated it, she approached it wearily.

Meanwhile both Nanami and Itadori finished the other two curses. Itadori packed an impressive fist into the curse's abdomen and Nanami tore each of the curse's limb off, such a meticulous job.

"You two! Don't finish them off!" the blonde looked concerned and she froze up when she spotted an earring on the curse she just stabbed.

"I took a photo of my opponent." he showed his phone to the both of them.

"Huh? I thought cursed spirits didn't show up in photos." that was the whole point and now she got a better understanding of the weird feeling she was getting from them.

"Because they're not...they are transmutated humans." since shadow's manipulation implied soul's manipulation at some level she could exactly point out what happened.

And if someone with this kind of power was currently roaming Tokyo they had a really big problem on their hands.
