(A/N: fun fact this chapter should have been published at least a month ago before my brain decided to come up with the whole pub ordeal.)
The whole "Geto Suguru's ghost has been a resident in the Gojo's household for the past six months" seemed to have shocked everyone in the room.
Well aside from herself since she saw this kind of things a lot, like that one ghost with a bowl cut that resided at Jujutsu High, and she could swear that she'd seen a ghost of a buff Fushiguro look alike following the spiky haired boy, it was rare to see him around though.
But back on the topic she was currently being used as a medium between Gojo and Geto and this was annoying since she had to refer whatever Geto said.
There was one weird thing about all of this, she wasn't able to properly summon the ghost so that he would become somewhat corporeal and could be seen by the others.
When she tried to establish some kind of contact with the ghost her hand got zapped...weird. There was something or someone interfering.
"-that one girl was fine man, what are you talking about?" she registered Gojo arguing with his best friend.
It was a weird reunion since no tears were shed, but she was a bit suspicious of Gojo he probably didn't want to loosen up in front of them.
They ended up talking about the latest Jujutsu World gossip, Shoko, making fun of Ijichi and then making fun of Nanami who happened to be in the same room and gritted his teeth.
"I hate to interrupt your lovely reunion, but I need to ask you something Geto..." she suddenly spoke glaring at no one in particular.
"What do you need to know?" Geto answered politely even if his voice was a bit tense.
She simply tried to touch him, her slander finger reaching towards him and then she withdrew her hand with an hiss.
"This...what or who is preventing me from touching you?" she inspected him with weary eyes while she held her stinging hand.
"What are you talking about Shinzo?" Gojo started with a bit of hostility in his words.
He didn't want to believe that his best friend was being doubted, however in some remote part of his mind there was something off.
It wasn't like Geto didn't pull some shit before. But what could he say? Everybody does mistakes. And if that mistake meant going on a rampage and trying to kill several civilians and his student too...well....who was he to judge?
Okay there were definitely reasonable grounds to doubt him.
Geto's ghost let out a long sigh.
"It's because my physical body is still roaming this land, and if I have to say it...it's quite painful." he explained leaving Shinzo into a pondering position.
Everyone was dying to know what the ghost answered since they couldn't hear him and Gojo was the first to prompt Shinzo for an answer.
"What about him then?" he asked eagerly.
"He says that even if he's not alive anymore someone else has been using his body. Makes sense." she filled them in while rubbing her chin.
Geto's face lit up, he wasn't able to say anything too specific about his current situation since the parasite in his body would probably advert it and make his grip on him even tighter. So much tight that he was never leaving that prison of his body again.
However the necromancer perfectly understood him, she was a sharp witted one.
Meanwhile everyone in the room showed different level of confusion from the "what the heck is going on" plastered onto Itadori's face to the "I get it, but still what the fuck" on Gojo's face to the "is this what I'm willing to put up with today?" onto Nanami's face.
