The day of the exchange event arrived and she was a bit nervous about all of this.

Not only because she had kept from her friends that Itadori was as dumb as he was alive, but also because elders didn't know about her existence and today she will let them know.

Obviously this wasn't her plan, it was all of Gojo's doing and there were so many ways that this could go wrong.

She was reading a book while she waited in a room with Nanami and Gojo.

Nanami was reading a newspaper, not bothering anybody and enjoying the quiet as she was doing.

Then Gojo opened his mouth.

"I'm booored."

"Don't care." she answered while turning the book's page.

Nanami settled on a sigh.

"I've got it! Let's play catch with discarded rice balls while discussing the separation of church and state. Let's post a video of it and troll people." he announced happily.

Shinzo raised her gaze from her book to look at him worried, did he hit his head?

"Enjoy that on your own." Nanami answered while adjusting the newspaper position.

"Drinking game time! Name things you love about Gojo Satoru!" he clapped his hands and gave a look at Shinzo.

She glared back at him, no more drinking.

"When you shut up." she answered with a biased face.

"Awww, I've got so many qualities, I'm basically perfect, and you know you could have just said my-"her book hit the infinity around Gojo.

"Well I'll answer for myself and my numerous fans! Everything!" he continued clapping his hands obnoxiously.

"Please keep that attitude going, Itadori-kun needs that kind of idiocy right now." Nanami interrupted them before the whole sofa went flying.

"That wasn't what I meant by "harder" though." Gojo muttered.

"Shinzo-chan what about the finger you found in Yoshino's-"

"I gave it to Nanami who gave it to the higher ups" she answered while dusting her skirt from any non existent dust.

Gojo deflated at the higher ups part.

"And I didn't tell him anything about it...so keep your mouth shut."

"No worries, I'm glad to have chosen you two for this mission."

Then a few beats like he was waiting to say something important.

"Why'd you even gave it to Nanami?" he whined, he was supposed to be his students' shining lighthouse.

"Because you would have given it to Yuuji..." she answered in a flat tone.

"But is it really okay to bring him back? If the fact that he's alive comes up at the exchange event...won't the higher-ups target him?"
Nanami cut in the conversation.
