"Should I really be the one asking this?" Yuuji mused out loud looking at Yoshino Junpei. But was it really okay to ask straight up about that? He didn't even know how much he was allowed to disclose about Jujutsu High.
Great Ijichi wasn't picking up. To hell with it he was gonna tell him.
Meanwhile Junpei was staring at Itadori's button, they all had a swirl on them.
The black haired boy remembered what Mahito said to him. If he ever saw someone wearing those buttons this meant they were part of Jujutsu Tech.
When he said that, he was a bit taken aback he already saw those buttons on a certain someone.
Sometimes she happened to come in, what she described as, her work uniform, now it was clear she was lying to his face.
He felt betrayed by the one person he learned to trust, but why was she lying to him. Did Shinzo think that if she told him about cursed spirits she would put him in danger?
Either way he will continue to feel betrayed until the woman gave him an explanation.
"Listen, there were people who died at the theatre you went to the other day. Did you happen to see anything?" the pink haired boy brought him out of his thoughts.
"A creepy thing like this?" he moved the weird cursed spirit in his hand.
Many scenarios went through the boy's head, should he tell him, but then what would happen to him or Mahito.
Even if they were Mahito's natural enemies he told him to treat them with friendliness, he wasn't a bad person. He decided he couldn't put Mahito into troubles and that he was salty about Shinzo's lying.
"No, I didn't." he concluded lying just like the raven haired jujutsu sorcerer did.
"I've only recently started seeing those clearly." he decided to add, leaving it at just a no would only arouse suspicion.
"Well, I see." the boy sagged down a bit.
"I've got nothing more to ask, then!" he let that go so fast, Junpei thought he would be more suspicious, but he just believed him.
"Huh? Really?"
"But could you still wait until my... I guess he's like my boss...shows up?" Itadori said as he took a seat next to Junpei.
"Yeah, sure." he wasn't that thoughtless, then and he didn't look like a bad person.
"What were you watching at the theatre?" he started.
He kind of had a deja vu, were all sorcerers extroverts without a sense of personal space?
"It was a repeat screening of an old movie. I doubt you'd know it if I told you." that day he was supposed to watch this movie with Shinzo, but she said she had problems at her 'part time'.
"Come on, just tell me." Itadori continued putting him in no condition to avoid to answer, he feared that he might found this movie cringy.
"Human Earthworm 3."
"That one was super boring!" he exclaimed and then added: "I got punched so many times over that."
"Honestly it was. But it's just a splatter film, so maybe it's our fault for asking to deliver more than that." he mused while resting his face on his hand.
"But 2 was-" he was interrupted by the boy.
"But 2 was pretty good, right?" this boy didn't find vintage movies cringy, he was amazed.
Then they began talking about this same movie until his mom casually strolled there while holding a grocery bag.
She obviously assumed that Itadori was his friend, but he'd only known in for what? An hour?
"Junpei! You're doing so many friends lately, I'm glad that my son is a popular boy." she grinned clearly referring to Shinzo who had already come over.
Both the raven haired woman and his mother quickly bonded over woman's problems and teasing him, thus she'd become a regular.
He searched his mom for cigarettes, but she wasn't holding one. He was relieved, since Shinzo came crushing in she helped his mother to overcome her addiction.
Shinzo talked about addictions like she had some in the past, which couldn't be really remote since she was 20 years old.
He didn't know what she used to be addicted to, but she talked like she got rid of it and taught his mother the method and cause she used to stop this bad habit of hers.
She always said that a certain someone used to bitch about her bad habits and since she was fed up about hearing him grumble about it, she stopped for her ears sake.
The black haired boy really couldn't bring himself to be angry at that woman, not even for lying.
"What's your friend name?"his mom got down the stairs.
"Itadori Yuuji." the boy chimed in, raising his hand.
"The green onion doesn't suit your look." he added making Junpei confused.
"Oh, you can tell? I'm trying to be a woman that doesn't look good with green onions."
"What are you even talking about?" Junpei deadpanned looking at his mother.
"So, Yuuji-kun, care to join us for dinner?"
"H-hey! You're just bothering him!" he couldn't believe she would invite someone he just met.
"Huh? Are you saying that my cooking is a nuisance?" she looked offended now, but he knew she was faking it.
The outcome of the issue was decided by Yuuji's growling stomach, he was gonna have dinner with them.

A man with stitches on his head approached the debris that Nanami previously caused with his technique.
He whistled at the damage done, was Mahito still alive after all of that?
A worm crawled out of the rubble and as he exited the place he grew arm legs and a proper head. Now he looked like the patchwork curse that Geto was looking for.
"That sorcerer's more reckless then he looks! And that woman she's pure entertainment!" he laughed a full belly laugh, at least he was enjoying himself.
"A woman?" Geto didn't hear any information about a woman going with Nanami Kento.
"Yes! I want to meet her again, I could learn a lot from her plus she's fun!" he continued his cheery chattering.
"And what's so fun about her?" the man with a bun inquired the cursed spirit.
"She uses a technique similar to mine, but it feels creepier!" he gesticulated trying to simulate how the fight went down.
"Creepier?"
"She feels like pure, unadulterated Death."yes, that was the best description of this woman.
"Death? We finally have a living Grimoire among us and we didn't even sense it." the black haired man mused while rubbing his chin and closing his eyes.
'I could use a vessel like her.' he thought to himself.
"What's a living Grimoire?" it was only natural that he didn't know, after all Mahito was only a few months old.
"She is a being in touch with the afterlife, someone that can make souls shudder and rip them off, she could summon an army of dead. This woman might be trouble if she learns how to properly use her gift." he explained to a starry eyed Mahito.
"Do you think that I could learn how to rip off a soul too?" he asked while he still was butt ass naked.
"Why not?" Geto malevolently grinned, this woman was gonna be a problem, however he could also exploit her.
