Clary

There are a lot of people here for a small ceremony. Jace is upset and I saw him go to talk to his mother since she is the one who arranged everything. I know Maryse meant well, but she did not take into consideration that anyone here might try to kill Chris or me. Jace came back after talking to his mom and wrapped his arm around me.

"Clary, I want you to stay close to me. Mom thought that we would be safe here at the Accords Hall. She did not take into consideration that anyone here could be a traitor."

"I know she meant well. We should not have to live in fear like this. After Raziel's punishment ended and I got my memories back, I thought that this was the end of it."

Maryse called us over so that we can stand on our spots and the ceremony began. It went pretty quick and they introduced our son, Christopher Alexander Herondale, a newborn Shadowhunter. As soon as the announcement was made, Jace, Alec, Simon, and Magnus surrounded me and the baby. We started heading towards the side entrance when a group of Shadowhunters surrounded us with their seraph blades in their hands. Jace and Alec had their blades in their hands too. Magnus's hands lit up blue with his magic. The fight started and all I could do was try to protect Chris as best I could. I had one of my kindjals in one hand but it was hard trying to fight while holding the baby, so all I did was hold it to fend off any attacker. I was in a corner watching Jace fight when all of a sudden, someone hit the back of my head, and everything went black.

Jace

The ceremony was quick and as soon as they introduced Chris, I put my arm around Clary, and Alec, Simon, and Magnus joined us. We started to walk towards the side entrance when we were surrounded by Shadowhunters with seraph blades. My blade was in my hand and I attacked the Shadowhunter who was in front of me. Alec was by my side, blade in hand fighting alongside. Magnus was using his magic to fight and Simon with his vampire speed was keeping anyone from attacking us from behind. I peeked to see where Clary and the baby were and spotted her in a corner holding one of her kindjals. The next thing I saw was someone hit her over the head and the person picked her up and the baby and went out the side door. That is when I screamed for her.

"Clary!!! They took Clary and Chris!"

We finished off the Shadowhunters and we ran out the side door to see if we could find Clary. Izzy was on the ground with blood pouring out of a wound on her head. Alec ran to her and used his stele to heal her.

"I am so sorry, Jace. I tried to stop them, but there were too many. Someone hit me on the head."

"It is okay, Izzy, I know you did your best."

"I think they were demons because they were really strong."

"Alec, let us use our Parabatai tracking using my wedding band."

This is all my fault. I should have told my mother to have the ceremony privately at the Manor, but I wanted to please her. I know she meant well, but she let her guard down because it was being held at the Accords Hall. Now I need to track her so that I can find her and hold her and Chris safely in my arms.

Raziel

Raziel was pacing back in forth in the room he was in. It was a living room, plain and furnished with just a couch and a coffee table. He did not need much and preferred the open space to walk. He was thinking aloud to himself. "Where are they? Jace and Clary could just not disappear from the face of the earth. They are hiding somewhere and not using any of their powers." Aldertree walked into the apartment with a bag of food which he placed on the coffee table.

"Raziel, are you alright? You look agitated."

"Why do you think I am so agitated? Jace and Clary are not in New York and Clary is about to give birth in a couple of months."
