The last exam of the afternoon was Divination. Lucas, Summer and Juniper walk up the staircases, discussing what they thought about the test as they went. "I'm just gonna make things up" Lucas sighs out. "Same" Juniper agrees and the two high-five while Summer rolls her eyes at them. "I'm actually gonna try. I'm not gonna risk failing anything and I should hope the two of you will do the same as well. Even if it is Divination." Summer chastises.

"Oh, come on, Sum. Lighten up. This class has been a joke since the beginning and you know it! You can't tell me you're actually starting to believe this nonsense about you dying!" Juniper scoffs. "Of course not! But that doesn't mean I'm gonna ruin my chances at getting a good grade. My parents would kill me" "She does have a point. Even if we don't believe in this stuff, if either of us got a bad grade, we wouldn't hear the end of it" Lucas reminds his twin and Juniper frowns.

"It's not that I don't want to try...I'd do anything to get them off my back. It's just, how are we supposed to pass if we haven't actually seen anything in the crystal ball? What are we supposed to do then?" Juniper brings up and Lucas turns to give Summer look. "June's got a point too." "We should just try our best and see what happens" Summer waves them off as they make it to the top where the rest of the class was waiting.

Juniper checks her watch with a sigh. Buckbeak's appeal was gonna be starting soon so her and the Golden Trio were a little on edge after seeing the axe. She was just hoping the exam was over quickly and after seeing Ron and Harry glance at their watches, she could tell they were thinking the same. They wait patiently for their turns, the line of students waiting outside slowly dwindling as people clambered up and down the ladder, the rest of the class trying to get information out of them, though everyone was keeping their lips sealed.

"This is taking forever" Juniper complains, checking her watch again before dropping her head into her hands in boredom. "I'm sure everything will be fine, June." "You don't know that. This is Mum and Lucius we're talking about. If they're at the helm, it's useless hoping for the opposite" Juniper frowns. Parvati climbs down the ladder, beaming. "She says I've got all the markings of a true Seer. I saw loads of stuff...well, good luck!" She skips down the steps and the three share a glance as they hear Trelawney call down the ladder.

"Summer Myrtle" "Wish me luck" Summer breathes out. Lucas kisses her cheek as Juniper pats her on the shoulder and she climbs up the ladder. "I'm nervous" Lucas admits. "You're nervous? If you get a failing grade, mother and father will ground you for like a week but if I get a failing grade, they'll Avada Kedavra me! Literally!" "You're over-exaggerating! I doubt that'll happ-" Before he can finish, Summer climbs down the ladder, a permanent frown plastered on her face and the remaining four look at her.

"Well?" "That didn't go as well as I hoped. No matter, I'm sure I'll get a good grade" Summer waves it off. "What happened up there?" Ron urges. "Can't say" Summer shrugs. "Not you too!" Juniper groans. "Meet me in the common room later, yeah?" They both nod and Summer walks off. "Lucas Rosewood" "Oh Merlin" "I believe in you, Luke. You've got this" Juniper assures him. "If you say so" Lucas takes a deep breath before climbing up the ladder, leaving just Juniper, Ron and Harry. Juniper moves to sit beside them.

"Anyone else worried more about the appeal than this rubbish?" "No kidding" Ron scoffs, looking down at his watch once again, shaking his head. A couple minutes later, Lucas comes down, though he was smiling. "I hope that means good news?" Juniper asks hopefully. "She said I did great! I can't even believe it! I had no clue what I was doing" Lucas laughs in relief. "Lucky" Ron mutters. Lucas gives Juniper's shoulder a reassuring squeeze before leaving. "Ronald Weasley" Harry and Juniper turn to look at Ron who grimaces at them as he goes.

Juniper looks at Harry, shaking her head. "Just you and me. How do you feel about this?" Juniper questions and Harry shrugs. "Guess we'll have to see" Juniper nods, twiddling her thumbs nervously. "How about you?" "I'm surprised I haven't fainted" Juniper admits. "It's just Divination" Harry reminds her. "It doesn't matter." Juniper shakes her head. "Your parents?" Juniper gives him a tiny shrug. "At least they care. Uncle Vernon can't even tell anyone we know what school I go to." Harry sighs out.
