Juniper sits doing star charts and predictions in double Divination, explaining what happened in Care of Magical Creatures to Summer and Lucas. "He really is trying to change, June" Lucas points out and she nods, smiling.

"I could tell" She nods. Trelawney starts going on a tangent about all the ways Pluto could disrupt everyday life, though everyone could tell she was getting annoyed at the fact Ron and Harry were snickering in the back of the classroom, what with the two of them being friends again.

"I would think, that some of us" Trelawney starts off, sending Harry a very pointed look. "might be a little less frivolous had they seen what I have seen, during my crystal-gazing last night. As I sat here, absorbed in my needlework, the urge to consult the orb overpowered me. I arose, I settled myself before it, and I gazed into its crystalline depths...and what do you think I saw gazing back at me?" Ron mutters something to Harry which seems to amuse him greatly as Juniper turns to give Lucas and Summer annoyed looks.

She couldn't believe she still had a job at this point. "Death, my dears. Yes, it comes, ever closer, it circles overhead like a vulture, ever lower...ever lower over the castle" Harry responds with a yawn as Juniper scoffs.

"What a load of rubbish" She mutters, the other two nodding in agreement. After class, Juniper follows them back to the Ravenclaw common room, Ravenclaws greeting Juniper excitedly as she passed, making her wave awkwardly back. Summer smirks in delight as they take a seat on one of the couches.

"What's so funny?" Juniper questions as they move to get started on their Divination homework.

"You are so oblivious, June, it's unbelievable" Summer huffs, shaking her head. Juniper looks to Lucas for an explanation.

"You didn't notice everyone we passed greeting you?" Lucas sighs.

"You know why? You're popular!" Summer points out, waving her hands and Juniper rolls her eyes.

"You're still on about this? I thought that was last years goal? News flash, it's a new year" Juniper reminds her.

"And you still don't believe me, which means I failed, so welcome to part two" Summer shrugs.

"They're just acting like this because I defeated a dragon" She sighs.

"How many people can say that?" Lucas points out and Juniper shrugs, unbothered, the other two rolling their eyes at her. Always the stubborn type.

"Potter! Weasley! Will you pay attention?" McGonagall snaps, gaining the two's attention from the back of the classroom. Juniper looks up from doodling as Hermione nudges her, everyone confused seeing as the bell was to ring any second and class was over at this point. "Now Potter and Weasley have been kind enough to act their age, I have something to say to you all" McGonagall announces.

Everyone was looking at her expectantly. What could this be about? "The Yule Ball is approaching- a traditional part of the Triwizard Tournament and an opportunity for us to socialize with our foreign guests. Now, the ball will be open only to fourth-years and above- although you may invite a younger student if you wish-" Lavender giggles causing Parvati to elbow her in the ribs, both of them glancing at Harry but McGonagall ignores it.

Juniper glances over at Hermione who shrugs in response. How come she had never heard of this Yule Ball before? Her parents never mentioned it. "Dress robes will be worn, and the ball will start at eight o'clock on Christmas Day, finishing at midnight, in the Great Hall. Now then-" McGonagall pauses, giving pointed looks around the classroom. Wait, now that she thinks about it...is this why her father made her and Lucas pack dress robes in their trunks before she left? That makes a lot more sense. They were both a matching dark blue.
