LIEUTENANT OF THE SCOUTING REGIMENT, Y/N MAGNOLIA, STOOD ON TOP OF A RUINED HOUSE, OVERLOOKING THE OTHER SQUAD'S PERFORMANCE IN KILLING TITANS.
his sensitive ears just barely caught the sound of a loud explosion, like lightning striking the ground. he looked back towards the direction of the walls as the wind began to pick up.
perplexed by the startling sound, y/n's brows creased. "lightning on a clear day?" he hummed to himself. his hair flowed freely, as he stared worriedly in the direction of the walls. "what a bad omen."
"lieutenant!!" y/n looked back and saw one of the squad leaders. "we've cleared the south side of the city, what are your next orders?" y/n shook his head, trying to rid his mind of paranoid thoughts. he pulled a smile to his lips as he said, "good job, assist the other squads and provide back up." he commanded.
"yes sir!" he saluted before he prepared to take off. "and remember," the soldier paused in his steps and turned to the soldier. "don't die."
after clearing out that village, the scouts gathered together before proceeding to push onward. y/n's horse galloped at the frontlines, alongside erwin and a few more elite soldiers. the sky was a clear blue color, with not a single cloud in sight. y/n looked up at the sky, and a beautiful white bird soared above his head. y/n blinked as the wind blew past him.
"huh." he hummed. before y/n could get caught up in another daydream a sudden scream pierced through the air, followed by the sounds of loud and thundering footsteps. erwin shot up a flare. "magnolia!! don't you dare get distracted!!" mike roared at him, as the screams of their fellow scouts echoed throughout their ears.
y/n hardened the look on his face. "i got it!!" he shouts.
they all arrived inside a ruined village.
"switch to your odm gear!" erwin commanded, and everyone, including his lieutenant, obeyed. they all took to the rooftops, spotting more than a few titans swarming the city. "it's time to clean up this mess! everyone, get ready to engage!"
