Y/N SAT CROSS-LEGGED ON TOP OF A TABLE AS HE LISTENED TO LEVI, WHO WAS EXPLAINING SOMETHING ON THE BLACKBOARD.
but really, everything he heard from levi's mouth just went in one ear and out the other. he played with a piece of chalk, balancing it on top of his upper lip as he became lost in his own world.
his concentration was broken when the chalk was swiped out of his upper lip. y/n gave levi a dirty look as he held up the chalk piece using one hand. "as i was saying." ignoring the look he was being given, levi casually wiped off the chalk dust from y/n's lip with his index finger before walking back to the blackboard.
y/n rolled his eyes. levi scribbled on a messy drawing of a person on the board. "in the worst-case scenario that eren does get out of control, i've found a way to stop him without actually killing him." levi circled the two, thin lines that connected the head to the body.
eren seemed confused. "what is it, sir?" he asked. "before, i said that the only way to stop you in titan form is to kill you." levi replied. "yeah, that was very reassuring to the judges, i'll bet." y/n snarkily says as hange snorted beside him.
"anyways, this method i've come up with will only leave you immobile, as in, no arms or legs. but it still depends on individual skill though. the only people who can make clean and precise cuts are me and the lieutenant."
"besides, even if we cut off all your limbs, they'll just grow back like a damn lizard tail. creepy, but extremely fascinating." y/n smiled, leaning back a little as he picked up a cup of coffee. he sipped on the cup as eren gave his superior a worried look. "but... sir, i'm not exactly sure how to make them grow back. isn't there another way?"
"we could kill you." y/n suggests, smile on his lips. "but erwin wouldn't want that, and besides, retaking wall maria hinges on you being able to control your abilities. if you can't master them, then why're we even here?!"
"self-centered freak is right. do you really want to do things without making any necessary risks and sacrifices?" y/n rolled his eyes at the nickname. "you better be prepared for the worst. we're in the same boat as you; just as we can kill you, you can kill us as well, so just take it easy."
