The Mystic Seven

Rigel

Makoto and Rigel look up and see a figure standing in the trees above them. The figure jumps if the tree and lands and Scarlets side.

"It took you long enough to get here. I almost died" said Scarlet

"I'm here now and it's a pity I have to kill these poor people. The sky weeps for these poor souls" said the stranger

Scarlets sounds from Makotos fire begin to heal from the the stranger created.

"That feels much better" said Scarlet

"I'm afraid I haven't yet introduced myself. My name is Ron" said Ron

"Who is he" whispered Makoto

"He is another one of the leaders of the group of people I was telling you about" he whispered back

"Where are the others at Ron" said Scarlet

"There not coming" said Ron

"Why are they not coming" asked Scarlet

"They know this will be a job that we can handle easily so they decided that they didn't want to dirty their hands" said Ron

"Well then, let's get this started. You get the boy and I'll let the girl. I have some unfinished business with the girl" said Scarlet

"I'll make quick work of the boy so he doesn't have to suffer" said Ron

Scarlet and Ron charge then Makoto charges as well while Rigel turns invisible to set up his shot.

"You can't burn me now you little bitch"  said Scarlet

Scarlet turns her hands into vines again but this time they have spikes on them. Scarlet strikes at Makoto and Makoto tries to cut the vines but, this time her spear doesn't cut through the vines.

"Damn why are your vines harder" said Makoto

"As long as this rain is falling down my powers are strengthened" said Scarlet

"This is not going to be an easy battle" said Makoto

Back to Rigel and Ron. Rigel is fighting a life and death battle with Ron.

"Why do you run, it will only make your death that much more painful" said Ron

Ron pulls out a sword. Rigel gets ready take take a shot but before he gets a chance to fire Ron unleashes a wave of water in Rigels direction.

"Your invisibility doesn't work as long as my rain is falling. I can see your foot steps in the puddles that are created from my rain" said Ron

Even though Rigel was listening to him he decided to stay invisible even though it didn't do much to help him.

"Your ability is quite annoying for the situation I'm in"

"That is why it will be better to let me kill you now so you suffer less pain" said Ron

"Sorry but, I can't die here, not yet"

Ron notices footsteps being made in the water behind him.

"Wave of despair" said Ron

Ron swings his sword in a 360 degree arc creating a wave that almost hits Rigel and interferes with Makotos battle with Scarlet

"Watch it Ron or I'll take your life next" said Scarlet

Ron didn't pay Scarlet any attention. Ron saw more footsteps in the water but, instead of creating a wave he lunged in Rigels direction slicing up ward. Rigel barley dodged the attributes ended up with a cut on the side of his face.

"Damn I can't beat him like this" he thought to himself

Rigel retreats a few feet at takes a look around and he notices a large rock that can't form any puddles on top so Rigel jumps on top of the rock where his foot steps can't be seen.

"We're did you go? Your death is inevitable, can't you see the sky's are weeping for you" said Ron

Rigel loads an arrow into his bow and takes aim.

"Enhanced arrow: poison form"

Rigel sends the arrow flying in Rons direction. Ron sees the arrow come toward him but stands there and does nothing. The arrow hits Ron but, it goes straight through his body. Ron turns toward where the arrow came from.

"Wh.... why aren't you dead. I hit you with a poison arrow"

"You can't kill me, my body is made of water. However I can kill you, as you can see the sky's are still weeping for you. They will weep for days when you die" said Ron

Rigel lost all the hope he had at winning but, he quickly got over it and was determined to beat Ron even if it cost him his life. Rigel decided to change his plan up so he put his bow on his back and took out his dagger. Rigel charged at Ron but Ron didn't seem to care. Rigel slashed at Ron's neck, head, and stomach but his strikes just went right through Rons body which was not affected at all.

"I already told you can't kill me. I am made of water. So if you are done trying let me kill you so you suffer less pain" said Ron

Ron lifted his sword and struck at Rigel who used his dagger to deflect Rons attack which missed him by only an inch. Rigel used this time to get out of  the striking distance of Rons sword.

"I was gonna make your death painless but it's to late for my mercy now" said Ron

The heavy rain begins to come down even harder and lightning begins to strike the ground all around. Rigel was having a very hard time seeing through the rain but he could barely make out the location of Ron. Rigel noticed that Ron was pointing his sword at him.

"Destructive vortex" said Ron

Ron launches a blast of water from the point of his sword. Rigel jumps to the side avoiding the attack. The blast of water left a path of destruction in the direction Rigel was just standing.

"That was close"

Rigel got to his feet as quickly as he could. As soon as he got to his feet lightning struck a few feet away from him. Rigels ears were ringing from the loud boom that was created but he was still standing. The ringing didn't last very long but seeing the lightning gave Rigel an idea. Rigel pulled out his bow and loaded another arrow and began to run around in order to get a good position on Ron. Ron pointed the point of his sword toward Rigel and launched another attack.

"Destructive vortex" said Ron

Ron launches another powerful blast of water leaving another path of destruction. Rigel had a good sight on Ron so he stopped and loaded another arrow. He saw Ron pointing the tip of his sword at him but, he knew that if he didn't take the shot now he might not get another chance even if it meant taking the full force of Rons next attack. Rigel pulled the bow sting back and took aim.

"I haven't done this before so it might not work but, I have to try or else Makoto will be killed" he thought to himself

"Enhanced arrow: lightning form"

"Destructive vortex" said Ron

The arrow hits Ron but this time it didn't go straight through. Ron looked down and saw the arrow sticking out of him but, then lightning started coursing through his body and he fell face first into the ground. Rigel has managed to kill Ron, however he didn't kill Ron unscathed. The rain began to clear up allowing the sun to shine brightly. Rigel was now on his knees covered in blood from head to toe because he took the full force of Rons attack. Makoto looked towards Rigels direction and saw him on his knees covered in blood.

"Rigel, noooooooo" screamed Makoto

"I.... I'm ok"

Rigel falls face first to the ground. Scarlet strikes at Makoto who avoids it easily.

"Pay attention, your battle is over here with me. Your little friend can wait for you that is if you survive" said Scarlet
