The Mystic Seven

Rigel

Rigel woke up at six am and noticed that Makoto was still sleeping. He thought about what had happened to her the day before and figured that she would still be afraid when she woke up so he decided he was going to make breakfast to at least make her feel a little better. The only problem was that he would have to leave Makoto alone for a couple minutes while he went out and got the right ingredients. He thought to himself that he wouldn't be gone for long and by the time he got back Makoto should still Be asleep. When he left the room he closed the door behind him and took the keycard with him so he could get back in. He knew that nobody would get into the room so he went to the food market. He only had $150 left so he bought as many ingredients as he could while he was at the market. After getting the ingredients he headed back to the hotel room they rented out for the night. When he entered the room he saw Makoto curled into a ball and crying.

"Hey there's no need for you to cry, I'm right here."

"You promised you wouldn't leave me alone." Makoto said while she tried to stop crying.

Rigel felt bad that he left Makoto alone because he didn't think that she would wake up.

"I'm sorry I didn't think that you would wake up while I was gone."

"I don't accept your apology." Makoto said.

"That's understandable."

"Please don't leave me alone again." Said Makoto.

"Don't worry I won't leave you alone again."

"You promise?" Said Makoto.

"I promise."

Makoto sat on the bed for a couple minutes why she calmed herself down.

"Hey Makoto why don't you go hop in the shower while I make breakfast."

"Ok." Said Makoto

Makoto got off the bed and went into the bathroom to take a shower. Rigel looked around and was happy to see that their room had a stove. Rigel brought the ingredients over to the stove and began making breakfast. He thought that making some cinnamon rolls would make Makoto a little happier considering how much she liked them so that's what he started to make. By the time Makoto got out of the shower Rigel had put the cinnamon rolls into the oven.

"What smells so good?" Said Makoto.

"It's the breakfast I'm making."

"What are you making?" Said Makoto

"You'll have to wait and find out."

"Fine, but can I get some knew clothes cause I don't have a shirt or pants anymore." Said Makoto

"Yeah we can head out and get you some new clothes for you to wear."

"Thank you." Said Makoto

*ding ding*

"What was that?" Said Makoto.

"That was the bell that lets me know breakfast was ready so go ahead and sit at the table while I pull it out of the oven."

Makoto goes and sits at the table waiting for Rigel to get the breakfast out of the oven. When  he gets it out of the oven he sets it out onto some plates and gives Makoto her breakfast.

"Oooooooooo you made my favorite." Makoto said with a big smile on her face.

"Yeah."

Makoto began to eat her breakfast and by the time Rigel ate three cinnamon rolls Makoto had eaten all ten of hers.

"Can I have some more please?" Said Makoto.

Rigel slid his plate over to Makoto who began to eat the rest of his cinnamon rolls.
