[My Own Worst Enemy]

CHAPTER: ONE

The day before akong mag-transfer, inimbitahan ako ng principal na pumunta for an orientation.

Pinatuloy nya ako sa kanyang office...

"Welcome to Camarines Sur National High School. I'm Mr. Roy Pineda the principal."
*shake hands*

" Good morning sir. Thank you po...uhmm..bakit nyo po ako gustong makausap?"

"Ayaw mo bang makita at makilala ang ninong mo?"

"Ninong...kayo po?"

"So, bakit ka lumipat dito?..Did Charlie send you here for punishment?"

"Ahh...hindi po sir. Gusto ko lang po dito."

"Oh, don't call me sir kapag tayo lang. Just ninong will do. I'm very impressed by your record. Straight A student with 100 perfect points in extra curricular activities. Charlie must be so proud."

I hope so.

"Maybe sir...n-ninong." O__O

"Are you sure you want to study here?"

"Opo."

"Kids here are very different from the kids that you are fond of. Hindi pantay-pantay ang mga stado nila sa buhay kaya iba ang mga pakikisama nila sa isa't-isa."

"Don't worry ninong...I'll be very careful. I'll be laying low and hindi po ako makikipag away."

Nang matapos kaming mag-usap ng aking ninong na ngayon ko lang nakilala, dahan-dahan akong naglakad papalabas ng campus.

Papaliko ako ng...

"Watch it!" Lampa kaba?

It's a guy. A very attractive guy pero tiningnan nya ako na parang sya pa ang galit at umalis lang bigla.

"Ang taray." ^__-

Then, may babaeng tumatakbo at hinahabol sya...

"Mark wait!..mark!"

Sigaw ng babae.

"Get away from me bitch!"

Sigaw naman nito sa babae.

Ano ba 'yan...dito talaga sa hall mag-e-L.Q?

Tiningnan ko ang kapaligiran. Take a good look Haley. This will be your world for a year and a half. Be strong.

Biglang nag bell at nagsilabasan na ang mga estudyante. I can see a nerd clicks, a group of jocks, cheerleaders, cool kids, the in-betweens or the average students na between 78 to 90 ang grade level...emo's...and the trouble makers which are the rich kids with bitchy attitudes...To make it short, TEENAGERS.

They're gonna clean up your looks
With all the lies in the books
To make a citizen out of you...

Because they sleep with a gun
And keep an eye on you, son.
So they can watch all the things you do...
