After Harriet had told the agency about the breachers, they first got angry that she didn't tell them, but after remembering that their best agent and scientist was about to bring them interdimensional trespassers, they honestly didn't care at all. That is, until she brought them in.

Back behind Starbucks:

After Harriet wrapped the young boy's hand, and tried (but failed) to set the girl, Kendall's, shoulder with only a coffee shop first-aid kit and an intern to help, a man fell from the sky.

"Ah, allaena! Ya ibn el sharmouta!!!" He yelled as he fell onto the concrete, wearing clothes that looked like they came straight out of a live action Aladdin movie or something. Harriet knew enough Arabic to know what he said meant 'Ah, fuck! Son of a bitch!!!', but she wondered if he spoke any English at all, and who he was calling a son of a bitch. When the man hit the ground, he passed out, but didn't seem to have any injuries. Maybe it was a different altitude than he was used to, or he was afraid of heights. Either way, it was a couple minutes before he woke up. The man couldn't be carried back, because he was too heavy, so they waited.

When he first woke up, he said "Almuqadas alquarf", which Harriet knew meant holy shit in Arabic.

"Hal tatakalam bial'iinjalizia? (Do you speak English?)" She asked him in Arabic.

"Bihaqi aljahima? La. (What the hell? No.)" He answered, looking slightly scared, but obviously trying very hard to not show it. Harriet sighed. She'd have to let the agency know.

Then the group set off to the car. The boy had woken up as well, but hadn't yet said a word, although Harriet wasn't pushing it, at least, not with a child this young. He kept trying to eat the bandage on his hand, causing Harriet to force an annoyed Susan to run into Starbucks and get the kid a muffin, which he was now happily munching on. She had also gotten one for Kendall, for when she woke up. It looked like the girl had been through one hell of a day, and could use some chocolate. Speaking of Kendall, the girl still hadn't woken up, but one of the men, Curt, if Harriet remembered correctly, had volunteered to carry her to the car and watch her, and Harry had agreed, seeing how much this girl seemed to mean to him.

The rest of the group of breachers were cuffed, as called for by standard protocol, been administered a multi-vaccine Harriet had just gotten approved by the CDC, able to protect no less than 95% of people against deadly and devastating viruses and diseases that could end populations, including COVID-19, but also partial protections against things including, but not limited to, AIDS, Lyme disease, and the Bubonic Plague, which Harriet was extremely proud of, as she had just also created the cures to two of the three listed, and everyone was in the now moving car.

Nobody talked during the ride over, save for an occasional 'mmm' or 'yum' from the young boy, and Harriet didn't push it. Even though she really wanted to learn everything about these people, she knew that they wouldn't talk yet. It would just be a huge waste of her time, so she let them have their last few moments of silence before they were interrogated.

Back at PEIP:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When they had gotten to PEIP, the young girl, Kendall, if Harry remembered correctly, still hadn't awoken. She had been taken to the med-bay to get her shoulder looked at, and Harriet allowed Curt to go with her, cuffed, and with the supervision of Susan.

The Spanish woman who had just walked out of the portal turned to Harriet.

"So. Would jou care to tell us where the fuck we are, and what that thing was?" She asked, extremely annoyed. Harriet sighed.

"Why don't you all introduce yourself, I'll do the same, and I'll tell you everything. I'm Agent Harriet Hidgens, she/her, United States Military, Special Unit PEIP, we call it peep." She told them.

"Oh god..." The woman who had been in the dumpster with Curt's face grew scared for a moment, but then she hid it, very well. If Harriet had to guess, she would say they the woman was either a very skilled undercover agent, or an actor. She hoped it was the latter, but couldn't be sure. "Uh, okay. My name is Mariah Rose Faith, I use she/her pronouns, and I... sorry, force of habit." Harriet nodded. Probably an actor then.

"Happens to the best of us." Curt said, walking towards the group with Susan. "Curt Mega, he/him."

"Hmph. I am Taz. She/her. Jou have some explains to do, Hidgens."

"The girl-" Susan started.

"Kendall" Curt corrected.

"Sorry, Kendall, will be fine. Her arm is pretty banged up, broken shoulder, and she cracked two ribs, but she should recover in a few months. She's still unconscious though." The girl informed them.

"Well, her name's Kendall Nicole, she uses she/her pronouns, and she's 15." Curt informed them.

"Uh, I'm Joe Walker. He/him." The other man said, sort of embarrassed.

"What's your name?" Mariah walked over to the young boy.

"I'm Craphole! I'm seven, and I'm male!" He said enthusiastically, taking a... rock? out of his mouth, and handing it to her, causing the young woman to recoil in surprise and disgust, and the rest (save for Harriet) to burst out laughing.

"...Craphole?" Susan asked skeptically.

"It's a family name!" He answered, proud of his name.

"...Uh, okay then. Well, I'm Susan, she/her or they/them, and ma'am, what the hell is going on?"

"Wait, I didn't catch your name." Curt interrupted, turning to Harriet.

"Tell me yours first."

"Curt Mega, he/him."

"Harriet Hidgens. She/her. Wait, Mega? How old are you?" The man's face changed when she said 'Hidgens'. It went from surprised, to scared, to confused, to neutral again. Harriet decided that maybe they were all actors.

"Oh, uh, I'm 32. Why?" Harriet looked confused for a moment, but completely ignored the man's question.

"Anyways, Susan, they came from other dimensions. You're a smart girl, couldn't you figure that out?" Susan looked away sheepishly. "They have trespassed onto our dimension, so we have taken them into custody. Make sense? Good, because I'm not explaining it again."

"Agent Hidgens?" An officer jogged up to the group. Harriet sighed.

"What is it Maxon?" She sounded annoyed. The agent looked her in the eye, though she did not return the gesture.

"More breachers arrived. In Hatchetfield."

"And John is in charge of them?"

"No, Harry. Cynthia is."

"Oh, hell no. I would trust John with my life. Cynthia, not so much. They are coming here, I assume? Otherwise, you never would have told me, because you don't trust me, Maxon. When are they getting here?" Harriet deduced, unintentionally completely embarrassing Agent Maxon, causing the man to turn bright red.

"Uh, they should be here soon. There are 10 of them, a dog, John, Curt, Owen, and Cynthia."
