"You should've been more careful, Katerina." Helmut scolded once they got on the plane. Katerina rolled her eyes but smiled at his concern.

"You know I would never leave you." She said, wrapping her good arm around his neck.

"How is your arm?" He asked, gently grabbing her injured arm and inspecting the area around the bandage.

"It will be okay." She smiled. They sat down in their seats and buckled in, looking out the windows as they were lifted into the air.

"And your lip?" He asked. Katerina smirked and shook her head.

"Maybe if you kiss it, it'll feel better." She teased. Helmut rolled his eyes at her cheekiness and crossed his legs, and sat back in his seat.

"You did well today." Helmut complimented. Katerina blushed and hid her face in her hands. She didn't feel like she did good. She didn't do it as effortlessly as Helmut did. But he had more training, and she was much smaller than the man. Only time will tell if she'll get better.

"Thank you." She whispered and looked back out the window. When they got back to his apartment, Katerina changed her shirt from the bloody black crop top that smelled like copper to a long-sleeved black crop top to cover her bandages.

"Let's go to the market. We need to stock your food up. We are running low." Commanded Katerina. Helmut smiled and placed the laptop onto the counter before he grabbed her hand before they set out on the town. Katerina smiled at every market owner as they bought foods and other goods to stock up the apartment. Helmut had suggested that Katerina moved in with him, and the idea was swimming inside her mind as they walked.

Katerina grabbed Helmuts hand and brought him to one of the fountains after they placed their groceries into the trunk of the car. She took her main phone out, pulled up the camera, and started to film Helmut.

"What are you doing? We aren't tourists." Helmut chuckled. Katerina zoomed in on a confused Helmut with a laugh and watched as he looked around at the large statues.

"Come on! Smile!" She cheered. Helmut laughed with her and smiled at the camera with a short wave.

"What are you doing, Katerina?" Helmut asked, reaching for the phone. People stopped briefly to watch the couple before continuing on their way, all while Katerina ignored them and panned the camera to her with a laugh.

"Filming us. so that we can have a memory forever on tape." She chuckled. Katerina held the camera out of her reach when he tried to grab it and panned the camera to the both of them. Helmut sighed and looked into the camera before sneaking a kiss, distracting her enough to hold the camera from her firm grasp.

"Hey!" He turned off the camera and smirked.

"We are in public."

"So? Tourists do this kind of thing all the time." She laughed, grabbing the phone back and looking at the footage with a smile. They looked happy, and she loved the look in his eyes when he looked at her.

"Let's get home before the food goes bad."

When the two got situated at home, Katerina walked into the bathroom to take a bath. Her joints ached from the fight, and she wanted to wash the remnants of the mess of the day away. The woman took out her phone once more and thought of another video idea.

Stripping from her clothes, Katerina made a bubble bath and got into the warm water with a sigh. She picked up her phone and pointed it in her direction with a smile, first taking pictures of herself before starting a video.

"Helmut Zemo... The baron that came into my flower shop and gave me everything I wanted and more. I... I wanted to make this video in case we ever got separated or... you just need to hear my voice, or you're feeling lonely when I'm away. I want you to know that no matter what, I will always be here. I will say it in every language if I have to. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you." She giggled, breathing in deeply before she turned serious.

"The plan will be perfect, and I want you to know that I would do anything for you too. I would die for you. Kill for you. I never want you to go a day thinking that I do not care for you. Because I always will." Katerina sighed and turned off the camera, and set it down on the side of the bath. She contemplated sending it to Helmut now but refrained from the idea.

When she got out of the tub, Helmut was in the kitchen making their afternoon tea and setting it up in front of the couch.

"Are you nervous?" Katerina asked, sitting next to him and taking a sip of her tea.

"Nervous for what?" He asked, pulling her into his chest. She smiled up at him and placed her expensive teacup onto the tale at their feet.

"The bombing? What if you get caught." Katerina pouted.

"I'll gladly get caught if it means you escape. Always know that." He confessed. Katerina sighed and leaned her head into the crook of his neck.

"What if I don't want you to get caught?"

"Well, then, if our plan is complete, it wouldn't matter. And, you can visit me as much as you like."

"How?"

"You'll find a way.

The day was spent cuddling and concerning about the plan, and the more they talked, the more Katerina realized that she doesn't want to lose him. It's not that she's dependent on him; she just loves him too much to let him escape her grasp.

"I'm afraid for you," Katerina whispered. Helmut sighed softly and smiled.

"Everything will be okay." He reassured. Katerina nodded slowly before she felt the tears well into her eyes.

"But, what if I never see you again?" She asked. Helmut's face softened at her words, and he reached over to kiss her forehead.

"Love always finds a way," he told her firmly and wiped her tears away with the pads of his thumbs.

"You're right. You're right." She stumbled over her words as the fear still accumulate into her lungs and made it hard to breathe.

"Hey, hey. It'll be okay." He said gently, pulling her into a  tight hug from their place on the couch. Katerina nodded solemnly and sighed heavily into the crook of his neck.

"What will happen to me without you?" She asked, looking up at him with doe-like eyes. Helmut smiled softly as he thought of his words carefully.

"If you're afraid, then marry me." He spoke with a shrug. Katerina's eyes widened at his words as she sat up.

"Really?"

"Of course." Katerina looked into his eyes to see if he was lying and when she found no evidence, she kissed him heavily.

"Of course I will marry you, Helmut!" She cheered. Helmut smiled and kissed her again, the two as happy as could be.

"I want to do it before the bombing. Before everything. Is that okay?" He asked. Katerina nodded, already thinking up scenarios in her head.

"That sounds perfect."
