Katniss pov:
I chase after Peeta, I feel bad because Glimmer asked if we were a 'thing' and I said no. I mean he only asked me out 5 hours ago but we did kiss like 3 times. I see Peeta in an empty classroom I go inside.
"Peeta-" I start but am cut off by him.
"What are we Katniss?" He asks.
"I... honestly don't know"I say.
" Don't you like me?" He asks in a sad voice.
" of course I like you Peeta,a lot" I say
" But then why did you say 'no' when glimmer asked if we were a couple?"
"Because you only asked me out 5 hours ago and I never really felt this way before, but I do really like you Peeta" I say. I walk closer to him but he keeps his head down. I look up at him since he is about 3 inches taller than me, I put one hand on his cheek and he looks done at me but he still looks sad and I slowly lean in and kiss him softly on the lips and he kissed back this kiss is not like the ones before this one is soft but long. It seems like forever before we slowly pull apart. Peeta just looks at me and we gaze into each other's eyes.
" Your so beautiful" he says.
"No I am not" I say.
" yes you are, you are the most beautiful amazing girl I have ever met"he says. And that makes me blush I have never blushed but only around Peeta.
"Your so cute when you blush" he says
" But only around you" I say, which makes him smile.
"We should probably get back to lunch" I say.
"Yeah ok" he says.
We walk back into the cafeteria when Glimmer looks at us.
"So are you guys a couple?"she asks.
I look at Peeta and smile. "Yes,yes we are" I say.
" yes I knew it Gale and Marvel you guys both owe me 20$" Annie says. That makes us all laugh.
" I know we only have a couple minutes left of lunch but how did you and Delly meet?" Asks Clove.
"Well back in elementary me and Delly were friends but when my dad died in a factory explosion she started being mean to me and made fun of me and sometimes she would beat me up" I say looking down. Everyone looks shocked especially Peeta.
" We are all sorry about that" says Annie.
"It's ok it's all in the past" I say.
" Then why did you beat the crap out of Delly yesterday" asks Gale.
"Because she kissed Peeta" I say quietly.
"Oooooo" they all say. The bell rings and me and clove head to the girls change room for gym I am wearing the same thing as yesterday but my leggings are a dark red Color but they sati have the same stripes. Gym goes by fast and today Delly doesn't bother us.
" Sleep over at Katniss's house" says Finnick. As we are all heading to the parking lot.
" Buts it's Tuesday and why my house?" I say.
" Because your house is HUGE and it's Tuesday?" He asks. We all laugh.
" Well prim is at Rues house and my mom and Plutarch are out so..... fine" I say
" Yay we all meet at Katniss's house at 6:00" he says.
"But they don't know where I live" I say.
" You don't know that" says Cato in a dark voice which makes me laugh.
"Fine I will text you all the address"says Finnick.
"Fine, Peeta do you want me to drive you home" I ask him.
" yes please" Peeta says.
I drive him back to the bakery but I get a sudden craving for cheese buns so I go in with him he looks confused at first then he realized what I want. He fills a bag full of cheese buns and gives them to me.
" That will be one kiss please" he says.
" ok what whatever you say" I go up to him and give him a passionate kiss. "I got to get going" I say.
" ok see you at 6:00" he says. "Bye" I say as I am walking out the door.
