Peeta pov:
Me and katniss are making out in the hall and I feel a billion fireworks go off inside off me. I hear someone clear their throat and I see Delly. Oh crap.
"Hey Delly" says Katniss.
"What are you doing making out with my boyfriend" she says. Katniss starts laughing hysterically. Delly looks at her like she's gone mad. I can help but think the same.
"I.....am......sorry b-b-but you said...... 'your boyfriend'" she says between laughs.
"He is my boyfriend" Delly says sternly.
"Girl please" says katniss and she stops laughing.
"Whatever he won't be yours for long" says Delly and that makes Katniss snort, that must have pissed Delly because she goes and tackles Katniss on the floor. Katniss kicks Delly off of her and pushes her to the ground. Delly quickly gets up and starts to talk.
"Well you got stronger since middle school" she says.
"Well Delly I wish I could days the same" Katniss says.
"Ugh whatever Everdeen" she says and walks away.
"I wanted to fight her so bad" Katniss says. "Why do you have to be so hot and popular" she whines.
"I am sorry for being liked?" I say but it comes out more of a question.
"Whatever" she says and gives me a quick peck on the lips.
"I really missed you" I say grabbing her wrist and she winced in pain. I smudge off the makeup and see a big deep scar.
"Katniss" I whisper.
"I am sorry I got mad when you broke your promise so I broke mine" she says.
"Katniss how......why did you do it so deep?" I ask.
"Peeta I am so so sorry" she says.
"Kat you didn't have to do that" I say.
"I am sorry I couldn't help myself the pain in my heart hurt so bad" she says. I feel tears stream down my face. How could someone do this to themselves.
"Peeta don't cry" she says but I can't help it.
"I can't" I say and she hugs me I hug back.
"I hate to see you in pain I hate to see you hurt yourself. I promise I will always stay with you" I say.
"Always" I whisper.
