You see his bare back laden with blue and black bruises which were healing faster now. The bandage on his head was removed and you could see a line of staplers on the side of his head, 4 inches above his ear on his left side. The line started from the left side of his hairline and ended behind his ear.

Even though his backside was hit by the bus, he had been pushed leftward to the electric pole which hit his left side and bleed internally before his head hit the sharp curb resulting a minor hairline crack on the right side.

Anyone would be dead by now by the amount of force he was hit by but jungkook had higher density in his bones which helped him to protect his brain upto some extent.

The new gush of air made him turn his head around to look at you.

"Hello!" Your cheerful voice made him crack a smile. He noticed the brat wasn't with you this time which saddened him a bit but also motivated him to heal quickly. The nurse had finished sponge bathing him and jungkook was in a lose hospital pants.

The woman helped him wear the top clothing before she finished her task and walked out leaving you two alone.

Jungkook still couldn't believe he had a family.

The dream was too good to be true.

"Did you eat?"

"Appl-......soup." They were slowly giving him thicker foods so that he could digest well. "Oh, you drank apple soup? Was it good?" You asked him placing your bags down.

Jungkook simply nodded.

"So what are we gonna do now?" You ask.

"......Games." He showed you a pack of cards. The deck had two cards of the same object and you could play them as memory games.

"Do you want to play with me?"

The boy awkwardly shrugs. It was better than him sitting alone in front of a few cards for an hour looking depressed.

"Let's play then." You grin and sat in front of him folding your legs. Grabbing a foldable table, you place it between the two of you and lay the cards upside down so that the object doesn't reveal itself.

"You can start." You tell him. His shaky fingers try to pick up the thin cardboard to reveal the object. He couldn't. It only messed the set as the card was pushed further ruining the way you layed them out. The boy sighed and looked at you asking you to help.

You only placed everything properly and motioned him to try again.

Pressing his lips together he tried picking it up again. It felt as if he had no control over his minute movements. He couldn't bring his thumb and index finger close together to lift the card up. Both his hands had small surgery marks. They had to repair the motor nerves in them so that he could move them.

Still, they had to be healed completely.

The boy messed the layout again.

Jungkook groaned in annoyance. "Pick.....it up for me..... please?" You raised your eyebrows and shook your head in a 'no'. "You have to do that yourself otherwise you will never get better."

He sighed and looked around. Suddenly, he came up with an idea.

Grabbing a get well soon card he recieved from the hospital, jungkook tore it to gain a small piece. The boy slowly moved it under the card and flipped it upside down.

You passed him a peeved look. "Really? You are cheating."

"I'm....not. I though-...my way around."

"Really?" You lean forward and narrowed your eyes. Jungkook couldn't help but get shy again. He slowly shifted back to hide his blushing cheeks only for you to lean more forward.
