➳Chapter~2

Your eyes fluttered open realizing you are in bed with Jungkook gone missing. You slow get up and feel something on your fingers. You see a ring.

"Oh right, I'm married."

Once the realization hits, you look down at your dressed self. You facepalm now remembering how sleepy you were last night and how you had troubled him in taking your makeup off. You sigh and look around.

"Jungkook?" You call. Suddenly your phone beeps on the side table. You frown and see his message.

Kook:
I'm downstairs in the kitchen.

Damn, his mutant ears.

You see him in his office attire and frown. "Good morning princess. Did you sleep well?" He asked with his back still facing you. You smell something delicious. "You said you are taking an off right?"

He nodded. "But an important thing came up so, I have to go. I'll be on the site today and will come home late. Don't wait for me, pretty." You sigh and back-hug him.

"Okay. Sorry for troubling you last night. You had to take my makeup off for me." He chuckled. "I gotta take care of my wife, shouldn't I? Especially when she's a baby who likes to hide under the covers and sleep a lot." You smile and boop his nape before pecking it.

He served the food in two plates and turned around smiling. Jungkook placed you on the chair and sat beside you digging into the food. You look at his side profile while he was busy on his phone eating his breakfast quickly.

Is it just me, or he grew more handsome and mature?

He looked at you with his mouth full of food looking like a small bunny. "What's wrong? Why are you looking at me like that?" You shake your head and peck his cheek. He stared at you for a second or two then shrugged continuing with his breakfast.

"Good bye." He pecked your lips. You hugged him tightly as he lifted you up like a kid and kissed you.

 "Bye bye!!" You say as he leaves the house.

"So, how was last night?" They wiggled their eyebrows all grinned. The boys had facetimed Jungkook. "It was.........sleepy." He smiled recalling your soft pouted lips as you slept last night. "Didn't you have sex?" Hoseok grinned. Jungkook chuckled. "Nah, the baby was too tired. As soon as I left her alone for a minute she collapsed on the bed." They laughed.

"Why are you working today? You should be with her."

"Some important work came up. And, I have a plan." He smirked.

You were bored now as you laid on the bed. Since Jungkook wasn't home you didn't have anything to do and Jungkook made you leave your job for some days to let you rest and stay at home. He too had taken days off but unfortunately, he had to go back. You were going to beg him to give you the job back otherwise, you might die of boredom.

Jungkook didn't have secretaries before because he didn't like someone around him 24/7. Even you hadn't actually applied for this job because it never existed. But then as soon as his eyes fell on you, there was a job opening for the secretary position.

You noticed Jungkook didn't do anything perverted this morning, nor he mentioned anything about last night. He even told you not to wait for him tonight.

You frowned.

Has he changed after his marriage or something?

He looked sophisticated and well-mannered this morning and not his every day chaotic state.
