"What the fuck was that?" Morro snarled through his teeth, kicking up the snow as he stalked to you. "We were right there, and you choked up."

"I can't do Airjitzu at that height." You grasped at the cliff's wall for support, everything a dull sore.

"I taught it to you for a week." Winds billowed out his cloak behind him, whipping back and forth like a rattlesnake's tail.

"It was more like five hours on this trip here!"

'Could have been more, but I was slacking.'

"Because you were slacking! I don't have time for-"

"You sure have enough time to argue!"

"We have all the time in the world now. They'll get the sword and it's all because of you!"

"That's the only shit in your stupid head Morro! Your fucking mission–!" He yanked you close by your collar, shoving you into the mountain's rock, his eyes scolding.

"If that was the only thing in my head, I would have let you fall." Realization sank in, and he scoffed at the stunned stare you gave him. "Never changes with you..." He sighed out, the fleeting heat feathering your face gone with the brutish cold. Two ghosts hovered to him.

"General!"

"Overseer!"

"Where's the armor? And Ghoultar?"

"The armor is destroyed and we haven't found Ghoultar." Soul Archer stood his ground under Morro's glare.

"Everything is going to shit!"

"Bansha has–"

"I have contacted someone willing to leave the backdoor open." Bansha pointed to the sky.

"Well, what are we waiting for?" Morro used Airjitzu, letting you climb the rest, the bitter chill nipping at your skin. As cold as he was now, you couldn't deny what he said. You couldn't find some way in your skeptical head. Those moments with him merged into something tangible— and for the first time since... you think you're happy. Winds tranquilized to a puff of air, your own coming out softly as you climbed. Your hands are numb when you're at the summit. Morro waited for you at the edge, hooking your hand to pull you the last part up. "Your hands are fucking freezing."

"You're still holding them," you panted out, having sapped all the warmth in his hands when he let go. You think helping you up was what made his face stuck in stubbornness flushed. And maybe it was responsible for the burning on your face as well... 'Yeah, that's it.'

"It's begun." Soul Archer said. The dormant cyclone churned and swallowed the sky; a rope ladder dropped from the center.

"Hold tight!" A voice shouted from the Blind Man's Eye.

Once you got on, the ladder shot to the dark clouds. It's colder than it ever was in the alps for an instant. The freezing temperature melted to a mild chill. Above the pristine clouds, stood white towers with golden domes or sunset orange terracotta roofs. Boats with sails floated through the wispy river of fog. Walking on clouds never seemed more out of this world until you stepped on one.

"I'm glad you agreed to the proposal, Fenwick." Bansha nodded to the small elder.

"It was the best one you gave me."

"Well?" Morro squinted at the man. "We've agreed, I spare your realm, and you give me the sword."

"Y-yes, come this way."
