Chapter thirty-one: No bullshit

"Answer us, and don't tell any bullshit!" Sigaw ni Riley. 

"I've already told you, we don't know where Ravenna is at the moment. We're just here because these six broke into my hut in the island and broke all of my computers." Sagot ni Yvethe at umirap. 

"Why do you even have that tiny island for the first place?" Mataray na tanong ni Hailey. 

"You literally have a lot of picture of us, AND Ravenna on that place." Pagdidiin ni Cassian. "So it's impossible that you don't know where she is, and what she is doing right now." 

She glanced at Austin for a second before sighing. 

"Originally my plan was just to get revenge of the boys, but they are too stubborn. So I asked help from Yvethe. Then everything happened." Sabi ni Austin. 

"Gumawa lang kami ng connections at naglagay kami ng cctv cams sa bahay niyo to know every step that you guys will make." 

"At binlack mail namin yung boyfriend ni Ravenna, which is you." Turo niya kay Cassian. "That we would hurt her. But we don't know where she is. We just get pictures sent from the web from a random person na kinausap namin and we would just print it." Yvethe. 

"Is there anything that can defend your stand? How can we trust you that you two are telling the truth?" tanong ko. 

"Kung ayaw niyong maniwala, edi wag. Simple as that." Sagot ni Austin. 

"Si Ravenna ba yung tinatawag na 'lady' sa ball?" Tanong ni Calyx.

"What do you guys think? Her aura and appearance, do you think it's her?" Balik na tanong ni Austin.

"You're not answering the question." May halong galit na tanong ni Ryota.

"We are not sure, the voice is a little bit off. And her look right now is not Ravenna." Sabi ni Yvethe.

"Diba nagkikita kayo?" I assumed because of the picture that we saw. 

"No." Sagot nilang dalawa. 

"How do you explain this picture?" Pinakita ni Cassian ang litrato. 

"That is photoshoped." Sagot ni Yvethe. 

I sighed and turned my gaze to Ryota. He was probably thinking, sumasakit na ulo ko. 

Humarap si Hendrix kay Riley, "You takeover. I'm having a headache." Humawak siya sa ulo at lumabas na ng kwarto. 

Hinawakan ni Riley si Yvethe sa kwelyo at itinaas. "you stupid bitch." Sabi niya at ibinalibag si Yvethe pababa. 

"You think you can win against us huh? Well you're fucking wrong!" Sigaw ni Riley at nagkasa ng baril. 

Bago niya kalabitin ang baril, inagaw ko na yun sa kanya. "Don't let your emotions takeover. Stick to Hendrix's plan." Inis na bulong ko. 

Narinig namin ang nakakalokong tawa ni Yvethe, baliw na ata ang kaharap namin. 

"Don't blame me for what your sister did to all of you." 

Tumaas ang kilay namin ni Hailey, she better not involve Ravenna into this. 

"I'm sure she's already having fun with her new life, and she has no plans on serving your company anymore." Umayos si Yvethe ng tayo. "Kaede's stupidity wouldn't have lead to this point of your lives." Pagtutuloy niya. 

"You're still not stopping?" Panghahamon ni Hailey. 

"You should've just let her stay in this company, so that you guys have a stronger foundation built in your group." 

"You guys are nothing." Pagdidiin niya. 

"Weak." 

"Worthless." 

"And useless without her." 

Nakarinig nalang kami ng malakas na hampas sa bakal, si Riley. I think she is almost to crying. 

"You must envy her, huh. Wait, you already envy her right? You are the heiress of the old company your parents ruled. It's a shame that the eldest daughter isn't the one who is ruling over the wealthy and successful one." 

"Shut up." 

"Now you regret everything-"

"I said shut up."

"And just wish Ravenna wasn't born." 

"JUST SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH!" nagecho ang boses niya sa kwarto at natakot naman kami. 

Inagaw niya saakin ang baril at ipinutok sa gilid. 

"You don't have the right to talk about my personal life. Keep your shitty mouth to yourself. We don't need your opinons." Sabi niya at ibinato ang baril sa ibaba, nagwalk out din siya. 

I held the bridge of my nose and sighed. "Execution of the two of you will be done tomorrow. Don't try anything that will cause more trouble." 

Pinulot ni Hailey yung baril at kinalas ang magazin ng bala. 

Agad kaming umakyat sa office ni Hendrix. 

"After tomorrow you will get your money. And your break." Paninimula ni Hendrix. "But I can't promise you that the other one's involved will let you guys loose." 

"Kaya dapat magiingat pa din kayo. Wear a cap and a mask when going out. Or magutos nalang kayo kung may ipapabili kayo." Sabat ni Riley. 

"See you guys tomorrow, have some sleep. And Kaede." Napunta ang atensyon ko kay Hendrix. 

"Yeah?"

"You will do the honor of terminating them." 

Yan ang huling sinabi niya sa akin bago kami umuwi ng bahay. 

"I was watching, you guys were awesome." Bungad saamin ni Kaelyn. Dito na siya magste-stay starting this night. At si Asher naman ay doon muna kay mama kasama yung bago niyang fiance. Buti pa siya ikakasal na, habang ako playing with life and death pa din.

Hinubad ko ang sapatos ko at inilagay sa shoe rack. Tinanggal ko din lahat ng nakasabit sa hita ko, lahat ng bala, kutsilyo, at baril. 

"Ganyan ka dami dala niyo lagi?" Tanong ni Kaelyn habang pinapanood kami maghubad ng gear. 

"Yeah, kaya kailangan sanayin mo na sarili mo na mabigat ang dala mo." Sagot ko at itinali ang buhok ko into a high ponytail. 

"Baka mahirapan ka, simpleng isang baril na dala mo at training suit palang suot mo nalalampa ka na. Pano pa kaya kung totoong laban na?" Pangaasar ni Ryota sa kanya. 

"Hindi pwedeng samin ka lagi aasa, pano pag namatay kami at ikaw nalang natira? Magpapakamatay ka na din?" Dagdag pa niya. 

"Kuya!" Suway ni Kaelyn, natawa naman si Ryota. "Ate, kuya is teasing me again." 

Tuwing nandito kasi si Kaelyn, puro asar ang ginagawa sa kanya nung tatlo. Somehow she has three protective kuya's at kapag nagboyfriend na to, sigurado ako na baka tutukan nila ng baril yung lalaki.

Natawa ako sa sarili kong iniisp. 

"What are you laughing about, love?" Magkasabay na sabi ni Hailey at Ryota. 

Tinignan naman niya ng masama si Hailey na nakasmirk. Nilingon ni Hailey si Kaelyn, "Ako babawi para sayo." She mothed. 

Bigla nalang tumakbo si Ryota papunta kay Hailey at naghabulan na sila. 

This is our life behind those guns. We still need to have fun, and not dedicate our time to just work. 

That's our difference. Ravenna's time is all on work, she never uses a break. Kahit nakaleave siya or busy siya, she will still work her ass off.
