Chapter thirty-eight: Operation find her

"Are you sure that they didn't hurt you?" Kinuha niya ang kamay ko at inalalayan paupo sa sofa. 

Umiling ako, "I can take care of myself hubby." malaming na sabi ko. 

Bigla naman namula si Ryota at naging kamatis na ang itsura. Lumapit ako sa kanya and pinched his cheeks. 

"Hubby, why are you red? Don't you like my new endearment?"

"I-i like it, no. Love it." 

He was leaning in for a kiss but I covered his lips with my pointer finger.

"Bawal na kiss unti we get married." Pangaasar ko. He pouted even more at lumungkot pa yung mukha. 

"Bakit po?" Pagpapacute niya. 

"Marry me first." Pakikipagtalo ko. 

Bigla niya akong inalis sa pagkakaupo ko sa hita niya at may tinawagan sa cellphone. 

"Yes, attorney. Can I get married now? Like asap? Later 6pm--"

Tinakpan ko ang bibig niya at inagaw ang cellphone. 

"False alarm attorney." sabi ko bago ibaba ang tawag. 

"Tama na asaran Mr. and Mrs. Raichu. Let's get back to our plan." Biglang sumulpot si Cassian sa likod namin at pumagitna saming dalawa. 

"Bwiset ka Priam." Sabi ko. 

"Maeve! Hailey! Calyx! Kaelyn! Riley!" Sigaw ni Cassian. 

Oo, kumpleto kami ngayon sa bahay. 

Nakumpleto na kami kaya umayos na ako ng upo. 

"Operation find Ravenna is finally on again." Sabi ni Riley at binuklat ang laptop niya. 

"We have nothing as of the moment." Sabi ni Maeve. 

"We know that she's in Japan, I saw her instagram story 2 weeks ago. And I reverse searched the picture and I found that she's somewhere in Japan." 

"How are you so sure?"Tanong ni Riley. 

"She's in a bar."Paninimula ni Cassian. 

"As usual." Comento ni Hailey. 

"That bar has a lot of branches all over Japan. Osaka, Tokyo, Sapporo, Kyoto, Nagoya, and
Hiroshima."

"That is a lot of places." Sabi ni Ryota habang nagse-search sa cellphone niya. 

"I'm thinking, next 2 months we will leave our country and explore Japan." Nagtype si Cassian sa sariling laptop.

Kala mo naman talaga sobrang professional.

"And we should split up? Para mas mabilis natin siya mahanap." Suhestyon ni Calyx.

"No." tutol ko kaagad. "We should still stick together. Kapag magkahiwalay tayong walo, they will easily execute us one by one."

"I agree." Sabi ni Riley at isinenyas na magpatuloy sa pagsasalita.

"We should always expect the worse." Sabi ni Hailey at umayos sa pagkakaupo niya sa tabi ni Calyx. "Wag nating mamaliitin ang mga makakalaban natin, Japan is really known for their good agents."

"You could say that, pero I don't believe in agents. Sa movies lang naman ata nagpapakita ang mga so called agents na yan." Sabi ni Maeve.

"Where exactly are we going here?" Singit ni Maeve.
