July 7, 1973.

It was early in the morning, Benjamin was hungry and started to cry.

I took Benjamin out of his crib. "Good morning little boy." I whispered as I walked to the living room.

I looked at the clock, it was eight o'clock in the morning. We had to hurry, because Benjamin has an appointment with the pediatrician in the hospital. And he gets a vaccine against baby disease for the second time.

When I finished feeded Benjamin, I put Benjamin back in his crib and went to wake Roger up. I went to the bed and shook Roger's shoulder. "Rog, Roger, are you getting out of bed?" I whispered.  No answer, Roger continued to snore.

"Honey, come on, wake up."  I whispered again.  Roger's eyes fluttered open, he rubbed them and looked at me. "Uh, hello?" I laughed. Roger fell back on the pillow and fell back to sleep. I chuckled. I put my hands on my hips and shrugged. ''That poor boy, still so tired. This time I'll leave him for an hour." I said as I walked to the living room.

I smiled and walked back to the bedroom, always loved to see Roger sleeping. It was so cute, he just looked like his little son.

Benjamin was in the big bed with us. But when suddenly Benjamin started to cry, the sleepyhead woke up next to me.

Roger sat up in bed, yawned and stretched. "Slept well, male version of Sleeping Beauty?" I asked with a smile.  Roger rubbed his hair behind his ears with his fingers. "Yes, I am just so very tired." Roger yawned. "How is that possible? We went to bed early." I said.  Roger sighed, "I know, but I just couldn't sleep." Roger said. I nodded, "Oh dear, when we get home you rest again."

Roger got out of bed to put on his clothes. He was wearing black pants with a green t-shirt. He looked incredibly handsome in it. I walked into the living room, "Coffee is on the table." I said.

Roger sat in the living room and sipped his coffee. "We have to hurry up honey." I said. "Of course darling, you put Benjamin in the maxicosi." Roger asked.

Because it was still early in the morning, it was still quite cold outside. I put on a small jacket on Benjamin.  "Look what a tough beautiful boy." I said. I put Benjamin in the maxicosi.  Benjamin was already a month old, he had grown too much. "Roger, look at Benjamin." I chuckled. Roger started to laugh, "Ah poor little boy, he's way too big for it now."

"That will be the pram." I said with a raised eyebrow. Roger took the pram out of the closet. "Let's go." Roger said with beautiful beaded eyes. He put his shoulders around me.

We were in the car, on our way to the hospital for our little one.

When we finally got there, Roger put Benjamin in the pram. "So, are you comfortable little darling?" Roger said.  I smiled, "He's enjoying it immediately."  I laughed. Roger laughed and slammed the car doors.

I walked behind the pram and Roger walked next to me. "This is going to be so sad." I said. Roger looked at me questioningly, "What's sad?" He asked.  "The shot he's going to get" I replied.

"It will be better than expected, he is a strong boy." Roger said. I nodded and looked at Benjamin in the pram, he slept very deeply.
