Tyler woke up a few hours after he and Josh went to bed and he hasnt been able to fall back to sleep. He just laid on Josh's chest and watched tv. He was up until about five am then he fell asleep for another hour or so.

When he woke up again his moms had already left for their appointment. He cuddled closer to Josh and watched tv again while he waited for josh to wake up. It took a while. Josh didnt wake up til about nine thirty.

When he did Tyler looked up at him. "Morning." He whispered. "Morning." Josh replied, wrapping his arms around Tyler and hugging him close. "Wanna get up and eat something?" Josh asked. Tyler shrugged.

"Yeah let's go try to eat." Josh said. Tyler nodded and the two got up. Tyler shut the tv off before leaving the room. They went to the kitchen and decided on making omelets. They had a ball while doing so. They had music on and were dancing and singing and goofing off with each other.

When it was done they went and sat outside on the step to eat because it was really nice out. They spent the morning out there just enjoying each others company and the warm air. They even went for a little swim close to lunch time.

When sam and Jackie got home they brought home take out for lunch and after they ate they went for a drive just for something to do. They were out for a while before stopping at a walking trail and getting out.

Tyler held Josh's hand as they walked down the path behind Tyler's moms. He stopped when he heard something and looked into the trees. "You okay?" Josh asked. ".. yeah.. thought I heard something." Tyler replied before continuing to walk. "Probay was an animal or something in the woods." Josh said. "Yeah." Tyler replied with a smile.

They walked a little further before Tyler heard a voice behind him and quickly turned to see who it was. No one was there. "Are you sure you're okay?" Josh asked. "I-.. yeah. Yeah I'm fine just.. didnt sleep much last night." Tyler said.

Josh pursed his lips. "Come on your moms are way ahead of us." He said. Tyler nodded and started walking again but stopped when he seen his father standing a little ways down the trail from them.

"Are you sure you're okay Ty?" Josh asked. Tyler's father disappeared again and Tyler nodded. Throughout the walk Tyler kept seeing his father, hearing his fathers voice. He didnt want to worry Josh or his moms by it so he stayed quiet. Trying to remind himself that it wasnt real.

It was started to get to him though. The longer it went on the realer it seemed to him and the harder it became for him to keep a level head. The halloucinantions kept getting more and more intense til the point where Tyler broke.

He had dropped Josh's hand and covered his ears, squeezing his eyes shut. "Stop it! Stop it!" He screamed. Josh quickly looked over at Tyler's moms who were already running over. "Hey sweetheart it's okay. What's wrong?" Sam asked, gently grabbing his arms.

"Stop." He sobbed moving out of Sam's grip. "Hunny look at me." Sam said. Tyler shook his head. He was shaking. He was terrified of opening his eyes and seeing his father again. "Did you remember to take your medication this morning?" Jackie asked. "I dont know." Tyler sobbed.

"You dont know?" Sam asked. "I dont remember." Tyler sniffled before taking a shaky breath. He could still hear his father screams, pushing his hands harder over his ears. He leaned into sam. "Make it stop." He cried. "Okay hunny come on were gonna go home." Jackie said tyler sniffled but nodded.

"Josh" tyler croaked. Josh gently hugged him. "I dont wanna open my eyes." Tyler whispered, his whole body still shaking. "Okay I'll lead you. Be careful." Josh said, gently guiding tyler back down the path. They made it back to the car and started the drive back home. Tyler kept his eyes shut and his hands over his ears the entire time.

It felt like forever but when they were finally home Jackie went to check Tyler's medication which showed he didnt take it today. "Okay ty here take it now." She said, getting him a glass of water. Tyler finally opened his eyes to take rhe pill and glass from his mom. He quickly took it before shutting his eyes and covering his ears again.

Josh carried him to the bedroom and laid with him while they waited for it to take effect. When Tyler finally uncovered his ears he sighed in relief and buried his face in Josh's neck when he didnt hear anything.

"Still hear him?" Josh asked. Tyler shook his head. "Still see him?" Josh asked. Tyler lifted his head and looked around the room. "No." He whispered, laying back down. "Good." Josh said kissing Tyler's forehead gently.
