At the hospital, josh was carried inside. Everything was a blur to him but when he was taken out of his father's arms he freaked, screaming and reaching for the man. People in the waiting room were watching, unsure of how to react. They felt bad for the tiny boy.

Josh was set on a gurney and wheeled off towards a set of doors and through them. He thrashed around, sobbing harder now that he didn't have his parents, curling into himself as he was held in place by other nurses.

He doesn't remember much about what happened but he just woke up from a nightmare. In the dream he didn't get out and Tyler's father grabbed him. He quickly sat up, starting to sob again.

His mother, who was sitting right next to him softly grabbed him and hugged him. "Shh you're Okay." She said as he sobbed against her. He was pulled away and held down to the hospital bed he was on. He felt something prick his skin and soon enough he was asleep again.

When he woke up again he was much calmer. "Hey sweetheart." His mother spoke softly, running a hand through his hair. "Am I dead?" He asked quietly, shakily. "No hunny." His mother said. He frowned he was sure he had to be, how did he survive that? His father was here too, sitting on the opposite side of him.

He looked up at his mom, she gave a soft smile then sighed. "What happened? Hm?" She asked. Josh's eyes filled with tears as he remembered. "No don't cry come here." She said, pulling Josh into her lap. He cried for a few minutes before just laying there, too tired to even cry anymore.

A doctor came in and walked over. "Hello Joshua." He spoke with a gentle smile. Still, Josh fearfully cuddled closer to his mother. "I brought you some water." The doctor said, holding the cup out.

Shakily, Josh reached out and took it, sitting back and drinking it slowly. "So are you feeling any better? Still anxious?" The doctor asked, holding a clipboard between his two hands. Josh nodded. "More or less than before?" The doctor asked, writing something down. "Less." Josh whispered, voice cracking and almost in audible.

The doctor nodded. "Is there anything I can get for you?" He asked. Josh shook his head, he just wanted to be with his parents right now. "Alright well let me know if you change your mind." He said before leaving.

Josh cuddled back into his mother. "Josh hunny? They gave us another prescription for you.. it's stronger since the other ones weren't helping." She said. He only nodded. He was used to new prescriptions. Every time he had a really really bad attack and couldn't calm down he was brought to the hospital and given a new one. He's been on at least four different ones.

After spending another day at the hospital he was sent home with a popsicle. He ate it on the drive. When they got to the house he slowly climbed out of the car, still a little shaky. Tyler was outside playing in the grass with bon bon but quickly looked up seeing that Josh was home.

He was gonna go say hi but josh's parents quickly lead him inside, he frowned but continued playing with bon bon.

Josh spent the majority of the day in his room laying down. He was exhausted but couldn't sleep so he just laid there staring at the wall. He went down and ate supper then watched tv with his parents for a bit.

He got up when there was a knock on the door and answered it. It was Tyler, standing there with bon bon hugged close. "Hi Josh.." He whispered. "Hi." Josh whispered back.

He was so confused as to how Tyler seemed perfectly okay all the time even after being treated so wrongly. "Wanna come outside?" Tyler asked. Josh frowned. "I'm not allowed... doctors orders." He said.

The doctor wanted him to stay inside for the day to make sure he would be okay, he could go out tomorrow though. "Oh okay." Tyler said. "Sorry." Josh whispered. "It's okay... feel better." Tyler smiled before skipping back over to his house. Josh let out a breath and walked back into the living room.

His mother smiled at him as he sat back in the couch next to her and his father. Her smiled flipped when she noticed Josh was shaking slightly. "Are you okay? Gonna have another anxiety attack?" She asked.

He didnt get a chance to reply before he was sobbing. His mother quickly pulled into her lap while his father ran to get his medication.
