On Monday night Tyler and his moms sat in the living room with the news on waiting to hear more about what's happening with Tyler's birth parents. Tyler was sat between his two moms, trying to keep his breathing under control. When his birth parents mugshots appeared on the screen he gripped onto both his moms hands.

He wanted to shut the tv off but he also wanted to see whether or not they were going to be let out of prison or sentenced to stay longer. Him and both his moms watched and listened carefully as the news man talked.

"... the judge from the Joseph case has not agreed to extend the Joseph's sentence and they will be let out on Thursday. people are outraged and some are even protesting. We interviewed one of the protesters and asked why she felt the need to, this was her response.-"

The screen cut to a middle aged woman, protesters with signs in the background. "All I can think about is that little boy who was abused day after day by these people and how scared he must feel knowing that they're gonna be released." The women spoke.

Tyler sniffled softly as Sam hugged him. The news man said a few more things regarding Tyler's birth parent then went on to a different story. "I don't want them to be let out" tyler cried suddenly. "Shh shh I know sweetheart." Jackie said as both her and sam hugged him tightly.

"They shouldnt be allowed out. They're gonna hurt someone. T-they they're gonna come for me and they're gonna hurt me and they gonna hurt Josh and- oh my god what if they hurt you guys." Tyler sobbed. "Shh hunny calm down. You're okay." Sam said.

Tyler sniffled. "Why are they letting them out? They shouldnt be allowed out" he croaked. "I dont know sweetheart."sam replied.tyler took a shaky breath and let out another soft sob. "Its gonna be okay. Everythings gonna be okay hunny. I promise." Jackie said. "Listen to mommy ty. Everythings Alright." Sam said.

Tyler shook his head and buried his face in Sam's side. Evrything was not Alright. His parent were going to be let out of jail on thrusday, something was bound to happen. His moms decided to change the channel and put something other than the news on.

Tyler fell asleep not long after, having cried the entire time until he got too tired and passed out. When he woke it was after he had a nightmare. In his dream he had woken up back at his old house next to Josh's still under his birth parents care. He was getting abused again with no way out. All the things he experienced as a kid being brought back to life in his mind.

He had woken up when he was forced under the water of a freezing cold bath by his birth mother in his dream. He gasped for air as he woke up with a start, sitting straight up in the bed and looking around in a panic. He was in his mothers room but he was alone.  A small sob escaped his throat.

"Mom!.. mommy!!" He yelled, still gasping for air and choking on his sobs. Sam and Jackie had been sitting at the kitchen table talking with Josh's mom and dad. They had invited them over, including josh so that when Tyler woke up they would all go out to dinner and go shopping to try to take Tyler's mind off his birth parents.

When they heard tylers cries and screams they shot up the the table instantly and ran down the hall to their bedroom, josh followed quickly as did his parents. They were all worried about tyler.

Tyler instantly gripped onto Jackie as soon as she got close enough, crying into her chest. "Shhh shhh you're okay sweetheart." Sam whispered sitting next to him. He tried to explain to his moms why he was crying but each word was muffled by a sob or gasp for air. "Shhh focus on breathing first Tyler." Jackie whispered.

Tyler whined softly and buried his face further into his moms hold. He took a shaky breath. Jackie held him tightly, gently talking to him to calm hkm down. When he had calmed down enough to speak he explain what had happened in his dream.

"You're safe sweetheart I promise. Nothing and no one is gonna hurt you." Sam said. "Promise?" Tyler sniffled into Jackie's chest. "Promise." Both his moms replied. Tyler nodded and finally sat up, wiping his eyes. That's when he noticed Josh and Josh's parents who were also in the room.

"Josh?" He asked. Josh gave him a soft smile. "Hey ty." He said. Tyler reached his arms up and joshwas over quickly, picking tyler up and hugging him. Tyler buried his face in Josh's neck.

"Missed you." Tyler mumbled. "Missed you too." Josh replied as Tyler moved to give him a soft kiss. He let his feet drop to the floor but laid his head back on Josh's shoulder. "Why dont you get dressed ty? We were thinking we could all go out to eat and spend some time together?" Jackie asked. Tyler nodded, gently grabbing Josh's hand and taking him to his room so he could get changed.

He shut the door as Josh walked over and sat on his bed. He then went over and crawled into Josh's lap, hugging him. "You gonna get dressed?" Josh asked Tyler nodde but didnt move. "Just need a minute?" Josh asked. Tyler nodded again.

It was quiet for a moment. "I'm so scared." Tyler whispered. "If what?" Josh aske.d "my parents coming back for me... them taking me from sam and Jackie and hurting me again.. them hurting sam and Jackie and you and your parents." Tyler replied.

"They wont. I promise." Josh said.  Tyler sniffled softly and pulled back to look at Josh. "Why couldnt I just had a normal life with normal parents?" He asked. "I dont know... but you have an amazing life now. You've come so far since the first day I met you and you dont give yourself credit for that." Josh said.

"..you have too.. you're getting alot better with your anxiety and stuff." Tyler said. Josh smiled softly. "I know... why dont you try dressed so we can go?" Josh asked. Tyler nodded and got up to finally get changed.
