Dream and George both walked past the living room and into the kitchen and dining room where everyone else was.

"Dream!"

A boy yelled who was wearing a purple hoodie that had multicoloured sleeves and a centred green swirl in the middle of it.

"Hey Karl!"

Dream said showing a huge smile on his face.

Dream and Karl hugged just as the doorbell rang again.

Dream and Karl ran to the door.

They both must know who's there George thought.

"Sapnap!"

Dream and Karl said at the exact same time the door opened revealing who was on the other side.

"Hi guys!"

The boy who must be the one named Sapnap said. He was wearing black sweatpants with a white t-shirt that had a small image of a flame on it.

George slowly made his way over to the other three boys who were talking up a storm.

"Oh yeah, this is George. His mother and mine are friends."

Dream said gesturing over to George.

George felt a little left out. Not only because he didn't talk to the other boys as much as they talked to each other. But mostly because Dream made it seem like he was his mother's friend's son instead of his friend who was his mother's friend's son.
(That's a tongue twister lmao)

"Karl is my close cousin and Sapnap is my bestfriend."

Dream told George.

"Nice."

George said. He wasn't the most social person, so he wasn't a very good conversation starter.

"Boys dinner is ready come and make up a plate."

Carol (Dream's mother) called from the kitchen.

The boys all headed to the kitchen.

They ate all kinds of things for dinner including peas, carrots, mashed potatoes, and turkey.

George really enjoyed the meal, not only because it reminded him of Thanksgiving, but because Carol seemed to be a lot better of a cook then his own mother.

"That was certainly delicious Carol."

Lindsay said.

The parents continued to talk and the boys eventually headed back down to Dream's room.

"My god Dream, I swear your comic book collection gets bigger every time I'm over. Soon your collection will be bigger then mine!"

Sapnap said in a loud voice.

"Hey isn't that one of the ones I got you?"

Karl pointed to one that had fallen on the floor.

"Oh yeah, it's still one of my favourites.

Dream replied.

"What about you George, do you read comic books?"

Dream asked looking over to George.

George looked up from his phone he had been playing on.

"What was that?"

"Do you read comics?"

Dream repeated.

"Sometimes I'm not too into them though."

George replied.
