"Why would you want to do that?" Damon ask in a questionable tone. "I'm sure it's still not safe, based on his mentality of purely only harming you."

I roll my eyes. "Damon. Being a heir is not safe as well. Besides...you'll be the with me." His expression doesn't seem sure. "Right?" I question Damon, looking at him in confusion.

He shoots my dad a look. "After last time, I don't think I could trust myself."

"Then I'll go alone," I say bluntly. "He's locked up anyways."

My dad gives me a worried look. "In different circumstances, that would be promised. But in this one... you can't go alone."

I frown. "Why is that?"

Dad cross his arms, locking them. "Because it's not safe. I won't risk you being hurt after seeing what he's capable of."

I nod my head. "Then take me to him." I turn to my left, giving Damon a desperate look, basically asking him to come with me. He gives in and begin to walk with me in the direction my dad was walking.

It turns out that my dad too had an elevator, so we took it. It was a silent ride. Everyone was thinking about what would go down.. I was mostly worried about what would be said.

Because, there is so much that he's has yet to tell me.

We come to the door which Damon had kicked down. It looked different, remodeled. I could tell that they fixed it up since then. I close my eyes only to open them at the sound of Damon's soothing voice.

"Are you ready?" He questioned me.

I shrug my shoulders. Only because I didn't really know. But I answered, as if I was. "Yeah, I'm ready."

My dad began to unlock metal locks on the door. He had many keys, much different than the key he used for his picture room.

As he was opening it, I felt as if I was imagining the sounds of chains. Every time he unlocked, I heard a swift movement of chains yanking.

My dad opens the door slowly. The room was dark, but the evil in the room was bright enough for us to see.

Dad begins to walking into the room. "Antonio. You have a visitor." He flicks on the bright light.

My eyes shift to Antonio who was on his knees. Them they hang onto the chains as they rub against the each other. Clinging onto his bloody hands, which I supposed he tried to escape from. There were chains attached to his torso and ankles, which also stopped by his hands.

But with that, the chain that held him was connected to the wall.

I observed him; He looked drained, and standing there for one more second, I saw his unbearable anger release.

My eyes shift to the floor, because the pain of seeing one who hurt others because of me, was supposed to be my step brother. As much as I don't claim him to be, it still hurt to think that in some other universe, I would have that family that consists of him.

He lets out a loud screeching growl causing me to slightly jump towards Damon. It was inhuman like, quite animal like.

Damon rubs my back trying to take the small fear that I once had out of me. Swallowing my fear, I close my eyes only to open them at a very angry Antonio.

His overall presentation became full of anger and danger.

I bite my lip, staring at the man I used to know. It was sad seeing how one life could change. I take a deep breath, opening my mouth. "Take me to him," I whisper to Damon.
