Starr Marie

It's been two weeks and I must say, it wasn't as bad as I thought. I have been doing random stuff in the house because Damon really didn't allow me to leave.

And when he did, it was under his sight or his securities vision.

On the other hand, Damon has been on and off to work as usual. When he was home, he was in his office working, so I would hang out with O. Me and O has slowly became friends or O would way 'homies'. He is caring and has a humor I can relate too.

From being around him, I found out that we were similar in a way.

Damon and I have 3 months until our 'wedding' and I can't help but think why arranged marriages are still a thing. I'm pretty sure Damon and I don't have a strong liking for each other, especially from the smart remarks and expressions he throws at me. And the threats but I'm not sure if they're really threats or his way of communicating.

This is not something I would want to do voluntarily. Yet here I am.

Why am I even here? Why couldn't the guy be gay and chose one of my brothers? Why do he have to be a mafia leader?

So many questions swam through my mind only leaving me to be more clueless.

I was laying in my bed when I heard the front door open roughly. It was around 11:30 pm when I heard the yelling whispers of Damon and O in the living room. It was late and from the sound of it, everything didn't sound okay.

I walked down stairs to see what the yelling was about. Each foot progression was faster than the last. My hand found it's way to the wall to prevent myself from falling over from how fast I was speeding down the stairs.

Once I made it into the living room I saw Damon laying on the couch. I didn't realize until I was closer that there were cuts and blood excessively draining from his body. Blood ran down every inch of his body effortlessly. And I, being one who wasn't a fan of blood, gagged at the view of it.

"What the fuck happened," I yelled in a scared tone as they both looked in awfully a lot of pain."You look like you ran into a damn cactus. And you look like you followed him." I said pointing at Damon then at Orlando in complete annoyance.

Wincing in pain, O frustratedly responded, "Fucking Brava."

Being here for two months and still clueless. Damon never let me in on the details, and when he did, it was probably about when dinner was ready.

"Who the hell is Brava," I curiously ask as I walked over to Damon while he was laidback on the couch. He didn't say much. I could tell he was in pain but he didn't want to show it. I knew he suppressed his feelings but I didn't know pain was one of the things he was able to hide. I felt his pain just looking at him.

"They're our rival, enemies, what ever the fuck you want to call them. Those cagnas set us up," O said in a frustrated tone as his Italian accent slightly came out.

I was confused and didn't know what to do so I did what Damon did for me the other night, I patched up their wounds.

I can't count how many times I gagged while cleaning Orlando wounds but it was consistent. After patching up O wounds I came to the realization that Damon was not in the living room. I searched throughout the whole bottom floor when I realized his light was on in his room upstairs.

I walked up stairs and went straight to his room, knocking softly.  He did not answer, so I slowly opened the door.

There he was standing there with an alcohol bottle in his hand chugging it like there was no tomorrow. Okay Mr. alcoholic.
