23- keep going please (SMUT)

After finally making it back to our seats on the plan, we fell asleep on each other. After a few hours, the pilot came over the intercom announcing that we would be landing within the next 30 minutes.

My eyes shot open when I heard his voice, I lifted my head off Vinnie's shoulder, and looking around at my surroundings. I could see Vinnie's eyes were still closed and his chest was slowing rising up and down, meaning he was still asleep.

I thought about waking him up, but I might as well just let him sleep for another 30 minutes, if not he'll be grumpy. I started collecting my things. I realized we never even got any drinks or anything, we either missed it while we were in the bathroom or we were asleep when they finally came by.

I took my one AirPod out of my ear and put it back in the case. I only had the one in because when I was trying to fall asleep Vinnie wouldn't stop talking to me, I got annoyed at having to take one out to ask him the same repetitive question, "what are you saying?" every time he would get annoyed by having to repeat himself so it just became easier to only have one in anyways.

I took the blanket that the flight attendant handed to us in the beginning of the flight, off of my legs, and pushed it over onto Vinnie's. his head was up against the window but his hand was still wrapped across my thigh, I was trying to keep it still so that even my subtle movements wouldn't wake him, but It was hard when I was bending over to put things in my purse. I could feel his hand starting to slip off. I grabbed the top of it slowly, pushing it back to where it was previously, every couple seconds.

When the 30 minutes finally came to an end, the plane touched down on the runway and that was my cue to wake up Vinnie. I was so excited to be here and I wanted him to see the beautiful scenery I was looking at. I placed my hand on his shoulder and the other on the side of his face that was closest to the window. I grabbed his face turning it towards me while I shook his shoulder with my other.

His eyes fluttered open and I was met with his sleepy brown eyes. "We're here baby." I whispered. He turned his head back to the window opening the shade to let the bright Hawaii light in. I squinted my eyes trying to see through the beam that was now flooding the inside of this plane. He groaned and squinted his eyes also trying to catch a glimpse of anything he could through the small slits on his eyes.

"How excited are you?" he asked, pecking my forehead with a small kiss before looking into my eyes. "I am so excited. I've always wanted to come here. how about you?" I said, intertwining our fingers. he looked down at our hands and smiled.

"I'll be happy anywhere, as long as I'm with you." he said. I smiled, the plane rolled up the jetway and you could hear all the passenger's seatbelts coming unbuckled. I followed everybody and immediately bent down to collect my things. "if you let me out, I'll get our bags down for us." Vinnie said.

I stood up, moving to the isle so he could get out. I picked our things out of the seat and he got our bags down. Handing me one duffle bag. "Let's go!" I said excited, grabbing his hand and dragging him to the small line that had formed trying to get out of the tiny airplane door. "I'm coming." he said back, laughing at my quick pace.

We eventually made it off the plane and into the jetway where we made our way out into the airport, that was bustling with tourists. I didn't see one business person, all families in matching Hawaiian shirts, or couples holding hands like they were on honeymoons.
