6.That's him

The next morning was not so good for Taehyung. His head was hurting, his body was burning like fire and he was trembling like a feather. He can't even open his eyes. What's happening with him? His alpha was not there, but his scent was all over. It unknowingly calming him. But the pain is still there. Taehyung wanted to scream.

He got up from the bed and walked to the washroom to freshen up. After his daily routines, Taehyung found two heads peaking inside of his room. First, he was scared to see only the two Adorable heads at the door.

Then he smiled when the door opened and revealed two boys in their eighteens. He was puzzled as to the new faces. Taehyung smiled in confusion. One of the boys put a cover on his bed politely and said:

" Hello, we're here to help you Luna. "- the tall boy of the two said. Taehyung got that the 'Luna' is him. He nodded lightly glancing at the package.

"I'm Jake"- one of them said.
"And I'm Niki. We're trainees of Army general and part-time assistants of Alpha Jungkook"- they said.

Now that's interesting for Taehyung. "Alpha said you might need help. So here we're. How can we help you, Luna?"- The one supposed to be Jake said. Taehyung was about to open his mouth and Niki interrupted. "By the way, this is for you. Alpha gave you this on our behalf of us. It's your outfit for the day. Since you don't have anything to wear. Don't worry, we'll set up your closet beautifully by the end of the day. Now tell us what you want next. Breakfast? We can take you to Jin Hyung if you want... "- Niki paused.

Taehyung smiled again. "You two talk too much. And thank you for your concern. But I don't need any help now. Sorry for cutting off your enthusiasm"- he said.
By the scent, Niki is an alpha and Jake is a beta.

Wait, who's this alpha Jungkook?? And why would he send help to Taehyung?

With a silent prayer to not embarrass himself in front of the two boys, Taehyung asked in a low voice. Oh, only if he knows what he's doing.
"hey... Um... Who's this - alpha Jungkook ?".

As the name rolled off his tongue, he noticed how the wide smile of Ja-ki is changed to a frown. Wow, that was fast. Now he knows what he did. Before he could hear the words from the boys, he heard something else.

Taehyung is not in the mood to bicker with his wolf. He looked at Niki and Jake like a lost puppy.
"Luna, Umm... Alpha Jungkook is actually- the head of the crystal moon pack, our alpha. I mean, your alpha- the one who marked you. Your mate ? "- Niki explained with a questioning tone. Really?? I should have listened to that stupid wolf.

Maybe that's the reason why he felt giddy and unknowingly happy whenever he hears that name. His wolf knows better about these mate things.

Alpha Jungkook- wait- Alpha- Jeon Jeongguk - the true blood? Head of crystal moon? Jeon Jeongguk, his mate? Realization hit him like a truck- first he ended up at the most dangerous and strongest pack. And now his mate - the same arrogant, merciless, cold and whatsoever- holy Jeon f*cking Jungkook, the hell?

What did he do to deserve all this? Taehyung was on the verge of crying. The anger, the pain, the blood-red eyes, the emotionless words - everything makes sense now. The moment he ran away from his old pack, he thought now he can be a rogue peacefully. But who's he kidding? Moon Goddess? No way she is going to make this easy for him.

But Taehyung is not ready to give up yet. If his mate is Jeon Jeongguk, that doesn't make him any lesser of being the one he's. He is Kim Taehyung- he will survive this.

Avoiding the deep and harsh pain on his whole body including his mate mark, he mumbled a thank you to Niki and Jake and sat down on the bed. He felt his body was giving up as his eyes closed and he leaned back on the bed. Don't know when the deep slumber embraced him.
