39. Like a dream

The rays of sunshine entered through the white curtains. The head alpha squirmed a little but then went back to sleep. The next time when he opened his eyes, he found his pup on top of him.

Taehyung woke up with a sudden overwhelmed feeling. He didn't know what it was. But he felt safe in those arms. The calming scent and soothing heartbeats are enough for him to start a good day.

The omega smiled at the thought of last night. It felt so good that now he by hearted the alpha's each part. Taehyung was blushing like a red tomato.

He looked at his mate sleeping soundly. They both were naked but clean. Maybe Jungkook cleaned after Taehyung slept. He lightly touched the alpha's cheeks. It's was so soft under his fingers.

The omega traced from the eyelashes to his lips. Oh how much he loved to wake up like this every morning. The privilege of Kim Taehyung to wake up next to his moon love. Taehyung smiled at the nicknames his alpha gave to him.

All this time, Jungkook hide a mesmerizing part of himself behind a mask. And Taehyung felt grateful that the alpha finally chooses to come out of it. He felt happy at the thought that he can say the same feeling about Jungkook and JK now. Or a little more for Jungkook.

Okay, this is so complicated. But who cares? Kim Taehyung owns both of them. They both are hopelessly romantic when it comes to him. That's it. He has both JK and Jungkook whipped for him.

Taehyung leaned to kiss the long eyelashes of his alpha like his usual. But today, he's not stopping there. He moved to kiss the nose of his mate, then the soft cheeks, pecked the cute bunny pout. He giggled at his own doing.

Jungkook opened his eyes slowly. His morning can't be any better. Taehyung was prepping with kisses all over his face. The cute giggles make Jungkook's heart do some flips.

The true blood held the omega closer and started kissing back. The sudden action caught Taehyung off guard. He continued giggling and hugging the alpha tight.

Jungkook doesn't stop there. He started tickling his mate. Taehyung was out of breath.

"Jungkookie..."

The omega said while laughing and stopping Jungkook from tickling him.

"Yes, baby"

Taehyung's world stopped for the umpteenth time. He heard it before from the alpha's mouth. But still now, when every time hearing Jungkook calling him nicknames, he can't help but tear up and hug his mate tighter. He felt so sensitive and weak for those sweet names.

"Thank you... For everything..."

The omega managed to say. He was laying on top of his alpha, looking at his favorite black orbs. Jungkook pecked his lips and smiled like a bunny.

"Why are you thanking me? I'm the one who should be thankful for you being here with me. So, thank you"

The alpha said. His voice was low and cracking down a bit. Taehyung kissed his mate's nose to change the topic.

"You're so beautiful, pup. You're perfect. I'm grateful that you're my mate. "

Jungkook said. A red blush tinted on Taehyung's cheeks. Even though the alpha praised him a lot yesterday, Taehyung felt shy even after that.

They lay there like that. With Taehyung on top of Jungkook, the alpha stroking his hair, legs entangled and listening to the calming heartbeats. Taehyung's fingers traced the tattoos of his mate. He leaned to kiss them one by one.

Jungkook's eyes were closed. He was feeling euphoric. The male never thought he can hold Taehyung like this. He wanted it for a long time. And when they're this close, he felt the worth of waiting for his Mate and Taehyung's happiness.
